Les employés sont extrêmement agréables et polies. L'hôtel est idéalement situé mais n'est pas très insonorisé mais il s'agit d'un vieil immeuble alors c'est compréhensible.

Hotel situado um pouco acima da praça do Museu Pre Colombino. Super bem localizado, perto de tudo, com uma ligeira subida que compensa pelo custo benefício. Ficamos uma noite em outro hotel perto do mercado, mas o Gold Garden foi uma experiência bem melhor, não vale a pena ficar na área plana. Café da manhã ótimo com ovos feitos na hora e leite quente também servido individualmente. Atendimento da equipe mais que perfeito, especialmente do querido Juan, sempre solícito e sorridente. Chuveiro de água muito quente e abundante, cama king maravilhosa.

Fantastisk service av ansatte. Var iskaldt på rommet, men var dog masse tepper og varmelampe på veggen. Ingen varmekabler på badet, så iskaldt på gulvet, men stort og fint bad. Frokosten i koselige omgivelser i bakgården var så som så mtp utvalg.

The hotel was pleasant enough and the people were helpful and friendly, but the room was very cold and the wall mounted air condioner / heater did not heat the room at all. My travelling companion had an electric bar fire mounted on the wall of his room which heated his room, but my room was permanently cold. Consequently, the bedding and bathroom towels felt damp, and overnight the room filled with condensation.

The hosts were lovely! Room was nice too, nothing overly fancy but good location. You do have to walk steep hill to get there but by the 3rd day we were used to it. There is coco tea on site for free and can buy large water bottles. The breakfast was very basic so wouldn’t recommend but they gave breakfast boxes for early starts which was nice. Netflix was unreliable in general, the internet worked well on the phone but not the TVs. I would also recommend ear plugs, walls are thin and could constantly hear fireworks. A good budget friendly stay

I loved having a cozy breakfast nook and a luxuriously comfortable king-sized bed to come home to after long days of exploring. But what truly sets Gold Garden apart is the staff. They greet you by name, remember your preferences, and go above and beyond to make sure you’re cared for. Every interaction felt warm, genuine, and personal. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. If you're looking for charm, comfort, and soulful hospitality in Cusco, look no further. You will not regret staying here. 💛

I like this hotel very much. The location is perfect. It is very clean and calm environment. The room is comfortable and clean. Dining room is very inviting for delicious breakfast. More importantly the staffs are wonderful, nice, positive, polite and very helpful. Thank to all of them.

Good small hotel, very caring staff.

Good: Big and nice room. There is air-con in room. Staff are super helpful and caring. Breakfast is simple but good enough. They also prepared breakfast to go for our tour. Downside: The hotel is located at the middle of the high slope. Uber and tour pick-up usually do not stop there. The hot shower water pressure was not high enough except the first morning. In-room amenities were not enough. Only one tooth brush was provided for two people and also no tooth paste. No facial tissue was provided.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was tasty and served in a cute area. Close to sacsayhuaman, 12 angled stone, and a few plazas. A nice restaurant right across the street. Not the most soundproof, so earplugs may be beneficial for light sleepers. But overall great value for the price and in a convenient and walkable location.
