Excellent location, exceptionally comfortable room and lovely amenities. Housekeeping was wonderful. Disappointing view of brick wall from 1st floor. Asked desk about alternative empty room but they simply said No because of my booking terms. They did not look for an alternative vacancy nor offer an upgrade.

The sign as you come in needs to be more clear that the 7th floor is the reception as well as roof top terrace. Also the web site stated straighteners in room but you have to ask if in certain rooms . Other than these 2 points our stay was lovely and the hotel was exceptionally

Perfect stay in Edinburgh-great location, right by the station and between old town and new town. Lovely welcome by the friendly staff and free glass of champange was an added bonus. Beautiful clean room although we were overlooking the street there was no noise. House keeping was impeccable every day even though we were a bit late leaving our lovely room somedays. We had a bottle of wine in the rooftop restaurant and you couldn't beat the views. Staff were very friendly there as well, even though we were only having a drink. .All in all I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time we visit Edinburgh

Hotel sensacional. Voltaria com certeza a me hospedar nele. Vista maravilhosa do 7 andar. O café da manhã é magnífico. Vale o custo. Localização perfeita. A cidade é maravilhosa. This hotel is located across from the train station so it is very convenient if that is is in your travel plans. Parking is close by and you receive a discount on your parking. The room is very spacious and well played out. You will be very comfortable here.

What can I say ? I don’t think I could have chosen a better hotel it is central to just about everything including the train station and airline buses. Starting with the staff who were so helpful and just lovely. The hotel is stylish, clean and modern. We had a cozy room which was very spacious, they think of everything to GHD hair dryer and straighteners, gorgeous smelling shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser etc. Complementary bar and snacks in the room including a pint of milk for tea and coffee making which consisted of a kettle as well as a coffee pod machine. I cannot praise this hotel enough and will definitely stay here again as I’ve fallen in love with Edinburgh.

One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Everyone at reception that I interacted with was kind and helpful. Hotel was super clean and in a fantastic location. My room was on the second level and I couldn’t hear anything outside despite it being in a busy area. Also, as a solo traveler, I felt very safe! The room itself was incredible. One of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept on and the included minibar was a huge bonus! Loved everything in it. I honestly loved every minute I spent in my room because it was so cozy and comfortable. I would easily stay here again when I come back to Edinburgh and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone else!

Tosi ihana hotelli! Henkilökunta 10+. Olimme varannut aamupala hotellista. Lasi kupliva, kattava aamupala ja henkilökunnan lämmin vastaanotto aamupalalle oli aina yhtä ihana. Huoneet siistit. Erityisesti kuitenkin hotellin henkilökunta saa suuret kiitokset hyvästä palvelusta.
