The room was clean and the beds were sufficent in comfort. I also appreciated the friendly and respectful service from the receptionist, Bailey.
However, I do need to address a concern. We experienced a water line issue late at night that left us without water for nearly 12 hours. This meant we couldn’t use the toilet, brush our teeth, or take a shower. We also weren't able to have breakfast, which was included and not offered because of the water situation. Unfortunately, we were not offered any discount or refund for this inconvenience, despite the room costing us $200. While I did not expect a full refund, I did anticipate some form of compensation. Highly disappointed with that part of our stay. My husband bought Bailey a breakfast taco and she gave it to one of the housekeeping people because she didn't feel well. Bailey deserves a raise with all the stress and anxiety that came with that situation.
