The 2 owners are so friendly and accommodating. We cant say enough good things about them. This is conveniently located next to 2 public "bus" (water buses) stops. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the really popular shopping areas. We are so glad we decided to stay here as opposed to right in the middle of everything.

It was wonderful! It was located one story above ground level. The stairs were easy to climb. They communicated well, greeted us upon arrival, supplied us with a few snacks, sodas, and waters. Access onto the building, the apartment entry and room was done digitally. We had a beautiful view of the ocean.

A room with no view

It’s basically just a few rooms you access with an app. There’s a common area with a sofa facing the canal, and a cleaner who comes and goes. That’s it. You get a private room with a bathroom, but this is not a hotel. No place to leave bags, no toilet in the lobby. The worst part: the bed was uncomfortable and the window looked straight at a wall. Came all the way to Venice to open the window and see a wall. Horrible. Also, it’s listed as part of the VIP/Gold perks, but nothing was offered or provided for that. I won’t be coming back and will complain about this “hotel” being included in the program.

Great place to stay in Venice

We stayed 5 nigths at this place, and the room was spaceous, and comfortable with a nice view towards the seaside in Venice, and the stop for the waterbus "Arsenale". The room was cleaned nicely every day, and they even gave us new waterbotles every day with no extra charged. Friendly staff and a perfect location . The location is just a litle outside the most crowded place and close to a more local area in Venice, but stil close to the city centre. Breakfast is not included, but we had breakfast in local shops/restaurants close to the place. The room, and the staff was great and we recommend the place. Even the price was nice compared to other hotels.

Flott rom med fantastisk utsikt, moderne og nyoppusset. Bildene på Hotels.com er representative. Rolig område og likevel kort vei til Markusplassen, shopping og kafeer. Enkelt å komme dit, Vaporetto ferja stoppet rett utenfor. Kommer gjerne tilbake!

No podríamos haber elegido mejor lugar para quedarnos, tienen un servicio excepcional, Marybeth fue extremadamente amable, gentil y servicial, la junior suite tiene dos habitaciones en excelentes condiciones, verdaderamente están enfocados en hacer que el huésped se sienta satisfecho. Están en Arsenale a escasos metros de la estación para subirse al vaporeto, hay restaurantes alrededor y hasta un sitio de gelatos, no te fijes en que no hay elevador, en realidad la junior suite valió cada euro que pagamos. Si volviera a Venezia sin duda regresamos. ,

Barbara was so helpful and Marybeth who keeps the place sparkling is a true gem. The location was ideal because of its proximity to the highlights of Venice yet away to escape the crowds. When in Venice next, I will definitely return.
