Basic, confortable stay, great location

My stay there was very comfortable. It's a basic hotel and only toiletries they give is soap, so bring your own. Other than that it had everything I needed, a comfortable bed, a good shower and a wardrobe to hang clothes. The location is great, near many restaurants and bars.

The room we were at did not had air con, and the hotel is close to the general hospital, it can be quite noisy at nights, take this in consideration.

el personal se porto pesimo, el elevador no funciona y mintieron diciendo que si funcionaba. Cuando llegamos nos trataron groseramente. Hay hotels al mismo precio a unos metros. No vayan ahí porfavor. They lied about having a functional elevator, and the personal was rude and disrespectful toward my sister. There are better options a few meters from this hotel. Avoid it at all cost.

It is a awful place (can't call it a hotel!) 1. You can hear everything from your room either who set in the lobby or even who use bathroom in their own room!! 2. I found bugs multiple times!! 3. No one speaks English (they lie about it, claiming they know English on Expedia) 4. I couldn't stay more than few days although i reserved for 3 weeks. When i asked for cancelation and refund they refused even a partial refund although i had about 14 days left!!

Few things to consider before booking

This hotel is cheap for its location, but there are a few things you have to consider before booking this place. 1. There's no shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer. Only soap and toilet paper. 2. The windows don't have locks, and it does not shut completely. So cold winds keep flowing in. 3. There's no AC or heater in the room. Since the windows don't provide enough insulation, the room gets quite cold in the evenings. 4. Although Hotels.com says that both English and Spanish is available, they can only speak Spanish. 5. The bathroom sink is really small and there's no light above the showers. 6. Outlets are far away from the bed, and outlet in my room was located far up on the wall. I would recommend if you are on a budget and can stand the cold/heat. The stay would be a lot more pleasant when the weather is nice and warm.

El lugar es de fácil acceso por transporte público y es cómodo; buena relación calidad-precio. Sin embargo, la atención del personal dependió de quien se encontraba a cargo. Al llegar, hubo una situación con mi reserva, se me dijo que llegué tarde (3pm) y que no había pagado por lo que había perdido la reserva. Esta situación no era verídica: en la información de expedia dice que el check in es a las 2 pm y sí había hecho el pago con tarjeta. La señorita de recepción fue grosera y sin ánimos de ayudar. Todo cambió hasta que llegó un señor muy amable a buscar una solución. El lugar es tranquilo y cómodo para descansar. Solo como observación, las sábanas tenían algunas manchas. Fuera de ahí, todo bien.
