Before we booked the hotel, I read the reviews and was not disappointed. Very satisfied with our stay. The view from our room was excellent. Mayon volcano was really beautiful .The view from the rear parking lot was even better. Service was excellent from the front desk staff,to the breakfast staff, to the housekeeping and the security guards. The hallway to the parking lot was beautifully done. Rooms was a good size. And the bed was comfortable and the amenities was just right. The separate toilet and showers was nice. The location was excellent, church across the street and a short ride to SM mall. Although we did not use the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport it was nice to know that one was available.

The hotel is situated in the town. I have a friend with coming feom the US. The hotel itself is nice and clean also closer to the places to visit but walking around the area is not pleasant at all. It was a great stay over all. The hotel staff are great and the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport is a plus which was awesome! Keep up the good work Marison Hotel.

Great stay as usual

As usual it was a comfortable stay, the only minor hassle is the way the lavatory faucet spout is too close to rim of the sink. Breakfast selection is good. Complimentary airport transfer is a plus. I would continue to stay here each time I am in Legaspi.

I discovered this hotel thanks to the positive reviews and it truly exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable. The breakfast selection was impressive—even with my dietary restrictions, I found plenty of delicious options. The staff stood out for their genuinely warm hospitality and exceptional service; I’d give them more than five stars if possible! From the seamless airport pickup and quick room preparation to resolving a minor issue in record time, every detail was taken care of. Since our study research visit required daily travel to some surrounding remote areas, the staff went above and beyond to arrange reliable cab services, ensuring our commutes were smooth—even during tropical storms. Outstanding service all around—thank you!
