With modern decor and a nearly fully equipped kitchen, Cjour is a lovely place to stay for short or long term trips. It was very clean, comfy and the WiFi worked well! There is a large grocery store less than a 10 minute walk away as well as a few small restaurants and shops.

I absolutely LOVED Cjour Apartments and the surrounding areas. I 100% will be coming back, my only grievance is the lack of parking. While there are 3 spots next to the building, they are public parking so you are not guaranteed a place to keep your vehicle. I also wish we had access to fresh towels and extra garbage bags. Loved our visit!!

Stayed here 3 nights and had an amazing time exploring Montreal. Fantastic value for the cost and would definitely stay here again. The place was very clean and host made our check in easy. Bed was pretty comfortable but could have had an extra blanket but the room stayed fairly warm. The only cons were there was no shower soap, and the street parking was a bit of a hassle.

The advert said parking included, however it should have been specifically said street parking available as no dedicated spot was available for the building. The beds were not exactly comfortable, functional yes but lacked comfort. The premise were however very clean, more than one small bin bag per small bin would have been appreciated. The building is next to a bar so noise can be a thing. The proximity to a few restaurants and grocery within very walkable distance is a plus. The shower was large and nice enough. The communication with the host was great, very friendly and as helpful as possible. The building itself felt secure. Overall good experience except the parking situation but that is also a very typical thing for Montreal.

Has the necessities

Updated facilities in a decent location. Studio rooms are very small but have the necessities (hot water, towels, some hygine products, bed, TV, kitchenette stocked with pots and pans and serving items, mini fridge/freezer, dining table). The main issue for us was that you don’t have control of the temperature (it's centrally controlled) and it was too hot for us (and our window was broken so we couldn't get outside air). Also the bed is a full size murphy bed, which isn't the most comfortable. Note that the "free parking" is actually street parking on side streets. You have to schedule a time for check-in and communication was spotty. Overall a decent place to crash with some minor inconveniences.

Worst ever!

Upon arrival it was very confusing- there was no info on how to get into the building or find our rooms. Luckily a lady was walking out and gave us the phone number of the manager Amina, who sent the cleaning lady to open the door for us. Checkin time is 3:00 but my room was only ready by 7:30 pm!! The manager didn't offer any apologies or credit, and kept saying she might have a move me yet again to another room. By the second night the hydro power went out and emergency lights were not working in the hallways! I had come into Montreal for a medical treatment and told the manager I couldn't stay in a place with no power - she refused to give me a refund and said "we can't lose money" OMG! No compassion for my situation but she eventually gave me back $20...Then insulted me as I walked out. Rude unprofessional service. And a putrid smell coming from the bathroom drains. Such a nightmare experience. My worst ever.

J’ai été très bien accueilli à l’appart’hôtel. Mon séjour s’est parfaitement déroulé : le logement était propre, confortable et agréable. L’emplacement est pratique, à deux pas du métro ligne verte 1 et d’un petit supermarché. Mon vol retour étant très tard le soir, ils ont gardé ma valise dans la conciergerie, très pratique. Je recommande sans hésiter !

The property was good, price was reasonable, we rented 3 different rooms for our group, some of the issues were: the A/C on the ground floor room could not be adjusted and it was VERY warm and inconsistent. By the last night we were sweating at night and couldn’t sleep at all, manager never answered text about it not working. Then in same ground floor apartment we had the laundry room located right beside our room and someone was doing laundry after 11pm, it sounded like the wash loads were out of balance with very loud banging, this went on for a couple hours, manager said there was a quiet policy after 11, however when I explained it was still happening after 11, he ignored me. The other room on second floor had 4 ppl, there was not enough toilet paper. There were no spare garbage bags in any rooms.
