Great gem

Lovely hotel in the centre of town with free parking in the local town centre car park. Great junior suite. Food in Olive restaurant was tasty and plentiful. Breakfast in the cafe was nicely set out and had more options than was expected for continental breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Das Hotel war super schön. Die Zimmer groß und mit allem bestückt was man braucht. Das Badezimmer mit der riesengroßen begehbaren Dusche wundervoll. Man konnte im Hotel eigenen Restaurant lecker essen und der Küchenchef bediente höchstpersönlich (er gab uns auch noch einen romantischen Tipp zwecks unseres Hochzeitstages) Vielen Dank dafür 😀 Das Frühstück war auch sehr reichhaltig und für jeden etwas dabei. Wir empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter!

Alles prima gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Alles prima, parken hinter dem Hotel gratis oder auf dem grossen Platz der Gemeinde. Rezeption und Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Zimmer sauber und gross genug vor allem das Bad war top mit sehr grosser und Verwöhn- Dusche. Abendessen war lecker Pfifferling Pasta, Frühstück trotz Corona Massnahmen alles vorhanden.

Der Aufenthalt war ok Die Sauna und das Dampfbad kann man nur bis maximal 20:30 Uhr nutzen da das Personal dann nicht mehr im Hotel ist . Wurde auch nicht gesagt . Wlan dauerte ne Zeit bis es ging . Die absolute Frechheit und was ich total traurig fand ,es gibt eine Pfälzer Tageskarte vom Hotel gratis damit man die Therme dort nutzen kann ,haben mehrmals das angesprochen das wir hingehen wollen keiner vom Personal hat uns die Tageskarte gegeben . Ich wusste es erst als wir heute beim auschecken zwei Personen vor mir dieses Ticket erhalten haben Kann dieses Hotel nicht mehr empfehlen.

Als erstens muss ich ein riesen Danke und Lob an HHotels aussprechen. Wir standen vor unserem ursprünglich gebuchten Hotel, welches plötzlich dauerhaft geschlossen war. Keine Info von deren Seite 🤔 Ein Anruf bei HHOTELS und wir hatten eine Stunde später dass Glück in dieses sehr,sehr schöne Hotel einzuziehen. Gleichzeitig auch noch den Eintritt in die Therme umsonst zu bekommen. Das Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen! Sehr freundliche Dame am Empfang,trotz dass Sie eigentlich keine Zeit hatte. Vorzeitiges einchecken, Top! Frühstück ,alles da was ein sehr gutes Frühstück ausmacht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
