There was not enough light in the bathroom to even shave by the food was uneatable and I got a refund it was so bad there was no breakfast unless you paid an additional fee which I don't understand why they had a fee for breakfast parking and all the other things if you go to this motel you are looking at an extra $60 at least in fees and hotels.com said that everything was paid for don't understand why hotels.com is misrepresenting themselves with a bait and switch to stay was horrible

Staff was super friendly. Check in was quick. Facilities were clean and looked new. Atmosphere was great, rooms were clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again. Very family friendly. Also took advantage of their extended parking. Their rates can’t be beat. Great job! I am always worried when I book hotels out of town.. but this stay was perfect.

The hotel staff canceled my reservation after i called them to say i would be checking in later than 3pm due to holiday traffic. The staff told me he would make a note and i would be fine. When I got there the hotel lobby was filled with people trying to get a room with vouchers from Delta and my reservation was magically canceled. I went to their sister property down the road & showed them that my reservation had not been canceled & was still active in the hotels.com app, I was then given a room at a higher price. The room at their sister property (holiday inn express) was FILTHY. The bathroom had not been cleaned and there was a used bath cloth hanging on the shower rod. Needless to say i slept in my car, my husband barely slept in the bug infested room and we shortened our stay and checked out early. Horrible experience where i felt racially profiled and scammed out of a nice room at a decent rate only to be thrown into a filthy dump at a higher rate. DO NOT BOOK HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR!!!

All good. Facilities wise. The problem is the airport shuttle the vehicle is too small. Fits 8 persons only. The vehicle should be bigger to fit 18 to 20 persons per trip. I waited twice from Domestic terminal to the Hotel without luck, end up taking an Uber and from the hotel to the Airport the same. Any given family fills the truck pretty quick.

I chose this hotel because of the rate and the airport shuttle after a connecting flight was cancelled. The front desk person was originally going to charge me $50+ to check in one hour early even though I am a Choice member. We did use the convenience store and I paid $12 for one large sparkling water and a standard size bottle of water. For a stay of necessity it was fine.

Room was great! There were a couple staff member that werent as inviting as orhers but overall nice experience. I may have spent 7 hrs total at the hotel. Bartenders were good that night. Took my food order 8 minutes before closing. Checkin staff member (the male) was very nice and knowledgeable. Wish i knew his name.

6 cars including ours were broke into within 24 hours. The staff seemed unconcerned and like the theft of our property was an inconvenience for them. The "security "they had patrolling literally was just sitting in his car. Front desk didn't offer any help covering the window or getting the broken glass out of the car. Come to find out this is accommodate occurrence at that hotel. It appears that the locals know that the cameras and stuff that they have are in operative.
