I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the unacceptable conditions during my recent stay at your establishment.
Throughout my stay, I was forced to request towels on a daily basis, as housekeeping failed to attend to my room even once. This level of neglect is entirely unprofessional and falls well below the standards expected of any reputable accommodation. Moreover, the condition of the bedding was wholly unacceptable — both in terms of cleanliness and overall maintenance — raising serious concerns about hygiene and guest safety.
Given the significant lack of basic services and the poor condition of the facilities, I do not believe the experience was in any way reflective of the amount I paid. I left feeling extremely dissatisfied and frustrated, and I will not be returning in the future.
In light of these issues, I am formally requesting a partial refund as compensation for the substandard service and conditions. I trust you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and respond accordingly.
