Absolutely perfect! Kevin and Tracey have created such a lovely B&B. The decor, the extra touches like plenty of coffee and tea choices in the room, lovely furnishings, breakfast so lovingly made and Kevin and Tracey are so lovely. They’ve gone the extra mile and have given us the perfect stay. Close to shops and restaurants, transport and lake ferries. We could not have asked for a nicer experience.

A wonderful bed & breakfast in the heart of Ambleside! We had a fantastic stay; the room was comfortable and a good size, with a lovely modern en-suite. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with lots of choice. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay again!
