Well i really hate to. Give such a bad review but how can you can i not i didntn get To even access the hotel due it being sef checkin/no reception which is fine thats what i like but when noone answers the phone number to call for tcheck in codes how can i leave any other review. Ive asked for no compensation even though i have health conditions exassebatedworse in cold weather. As it was day before paydayand i had no money left i couldnt book anywhere else so slept on the beach with no phone battery. Im only asking for my money back for that night. One final thing. In honour of the hotel inspector alex pollizi, who i adore and may email about this. She always says offer the hotel a chance to get me to edit this review and score to a good one. I am willing for you to invite me back for 1 night for free to see the hotel how you hopefully have made it and hopefully this was a one off mistake and a bad review that will be removed

When i booked it said breakfast was included, when i arrived it was room only but i have received no compensation. The bed had a very old mattress on it, with a duvet placed on the mattress , and then the bottom sheet, but because of the duvet the bottom sheet kept coming off. No daily room service either, and the daily noise from drunk people ruined my experience. Strongly suggest booking elsewhere

Noise from other guests dreadful banging doors shrieking and shouting up to 3am. Toilets have macerator pumps so all night every time anyone uses the toilet it sounds like DIY drill coming through the wall Two flights of steep stairs to manage no good if you have any mobility issues Parking difficult round there Mattress so hard it was like a brick- couldnt sleep Room was stifling -no fan- no air -tiny space. If you open the window you get all the noise from the street. Furnture old fashioned,drawers stick, barely functions Expensive for what it offered thank goodness i only stayed one night didnt sleep at all. Wouldnt recommend and definitely wouldnt stay there again. It attracts cheapskate people- the wordt type- simeone stole the remore control for TV in my room- how sad is that-so couldnt work TV. Told proprietor amd asked for replacement remote control- this wasnt done!!! Stay somewhere else if you can there is a lot better on offer around.

I stayed in a single room. It had a comfy bed. Clean ensuite and good shower. The room was immaculately clean. I was impressed how quiet it was. I slept well and it is self check in with codes on doors rather than waiting around in lobby's and keys which I personally appreciate. Would highly recommend and will rebook
