This was by far the worst stay I have ever had.
Before arrival, the property demanded unnecessary personal information (including photos of ID) and even requested a deposit outside the Hotels.com platform, with threats that check-in would not proceed otherwise.
When I asked about parking, I was simply told it was “full” and to look around the city myself. Communication was a nightmare — emails took days, phone numbers never answered, and WhatsApp messages ignored. The only reply I received was one email promising a representative would come to my unit, but nobody ever showed up.
During the stay, there was zero support. Coffee and supplies were not provided for the length of stay. The TV didn’t work at all because the remote was missing — a big issue for a family with children. For the last two nights, one of the two elevators in a very large building was out of service, leaving wait times of up to 30 minutes.
There is no front desk, so if anything goes wrong, you are completely stuck. I also received endless repetitive emails from different agents, all asking the same questions but never addressing the actual problems.
Five nights with no help, no functioning TV, broken promises, and endless stress. Absolutely not worth it.
