Good decent hotel

The hotel is good. Not great, but not bad. It's definitely nice to have the kitchen space, and although we didn't utilize it much, we did use it a little bit. Beds were comfy, great views. The couch could use an upgrade. Very nice to use the gym, the basketball/pickleball space was very nice on the rooftop. However, closing the rooftop at 9 pm is lame. especially when there is a very loud festival/performance going on until 10 pm.... There's a VERY busy bus stop right outside the front door, which leads to loitering, A LOT of weed smoke, and not a good attraction to the hotel.

Great hotel in a great location

The hotel was very nicely located in downtown Pittsburgh with lots of things to do and restaurants in walking distance. The room was large and the convenience of having a kitchen was great. The price was reasonable, especially for the great location. We would definitely stay here again!

Not clean and wouldn’t recommend

The 2-star review is because of issues with cleanliness. When we checked in, the floors in our room were dirty. We also saw some type of food or mud down the side of the couch. The next morning we reported both of these issues to the front desk and asked for the room to be cleaned. The person at the front desk said cleaning staff probably already left (it was only 11am), and no one ever came to clean or addressed the issue during our stay there. There were other issues with cleanliness, including some food particles in the kitchen sink and a lot of mildew and mold on the washer rim. We didn’t use the washer or kitchen because of that.

Expect nice beds and great views and nothing else

Early check-in was amazing. The front desk was very helpful, we found everything we needed in the apartment as far as sleeping arrangements. Much of the kitchen utensils were missing. And the most current information about the hotel that says there is a hot tub and barbecue grills. Neither have been there for over two years. I don’t know that I’ll stay here many more times because they won’t seem to Bring the place back up to standard.

Treat yourself for cheap

Awesome place! We had a studio. It’s clean- all areas! The bed and shower were good. The towels actually dried your body. I would definitely come back and bring my young adult children and get an apartment. Has a clean classy game room-pool, ping pong and foosball. Walking distance to many restaurants. Loved the fact that every time we came back the elevator door was open to go in. The room rate was incredibly low for what we experienced! Parking is 30 a day but you are in a city. Only negative-the parking garage is narrow and twisty. We couldn’t figure out how to check out the roof.

a shabby spot downtown

I'm not sure how "executives" like living, but for a regular hotel, this was a bust. Most of the shades on our windows were broken, leaving us with almost no view. The whole place was kind of stale and without any real warmth. There were strange fluids on some surfaces. There were weird things broken or scuffed here and there. And the overall vibe was maybe almost creepy, in kind of an American Psycho kind of way.

Great Location! Questionable Service

The room was terrific, with great views of the city and a full kitchen. The check in was awkward as we’d asked for early check-in. We were told they’d call when the room was ready but they never called. The message was not communicated to the new person at the front desk. The first morning we were woken with terrible construction noise coming from inside the building at 7am. It was insanely loud and made that morning unpleasant.

The pictures are not what you're getting! We were in a bunker with the windows 8-10 feet high where you had NO VIEW. While the unit was large and as described, it wasn't what was portrayed in the pictures.
