The waterpark was unsafe, could feel every join in the slides a lot. The pool you dropped into was too shallow. The rooms were very basic with dodgy sockets. Beds were rock hard. The general feel and food and drink was ok but nothing above average

Not going again!!

The bathroom had not been cleaned at all and had body hairs all inside the shower where I had to shower my two small children it was disgusting.. the food was not at all good not a lot of choice of cakes or desserts it was the same thing every day and even the sponge you cakes weren't even that soft and fresh even the most simplest meal pasta had no taste to it... we have stayed there years ago where it was on the different management and the food was fantastic and the cakes fresh and different everyday

Food was horrible- several times we found human hairs inside food also most of the time food wasn’t fresh- first day of our holidays all my family had food poisoning. Rooms not clean at all - we even found some blood drops on floor in our room. Car park always full - never can’t find empty spaces for parking. It was really bad hotel- I can’t understand why another people gave good reviews fir this place. Don’t recommend to anyone to stay in this place.

Basic hotel gadgets are not available! DND note not available. Towels, sheets torn apart. F&B is below cheap not to say disgusting! smell, noise...Dust in the rooms! Regardless of the day time, drills and works start at 9am. HK will wake you up every day by knocking at the door to ask you if you want your room cleaned! People party at the pool side till 2am regardless if you manage to sleep in your room or not! complaints are ignored!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and NEVER AGAIN....

We have been to many hotels over the past year in Cyprus, but this hotel was the worst by far. Overall the only good things: its waterpark for the kids, the rooms feel new, but not comfortable and the ice cream. All days that we stayed, only 1 waiter (old cypriot man) was wearing the mask properly. All other staff had the mask under nose or under chin. During buffets, no one was telling the guests to wear gloves or even masks! In all other hotels, they ask guests to wear masks and gloves. One young barman is totally rude. I told him not to hold the plastic cups from inside for hygiene. He got angry and didnt talk to me after this. At the reception, we told them that no one wears masks at the area and asked why they are not saying anything. Then the guy, sighed loud twice and went and told the guests to wear masks. The buffet, had 5-6 different food, basic salads, but the execution was poor. For all inclusive you get drinks from bar but there are not any snacks. The snacks are ordered from a menu and we have to wear proper clothes not swim shorts. By the pool, is full of bees. We dont mind them, but this is because noone gets empty glasses and cleans the floor or tables. Every day there are plastic cups with 20-30 bees in them or flying around them. We understand that is pandemic and they get lots of temporary staff, but where are the managers in order to manage properly even the basic rules for the pandemic, for how to be a proper barman, for cleaning the pool area?
