Pete's stay

We had booked two large rooms which according to the pictures included a fridge, microwave etc. The rooms we had only had a pod coffee machine with 4 pods no milk, sugar not even a kettle or a spoon. Although the room was clean it was very basic not what we had expected. As there was no reception to make a complain we tried the phone number but couldn't get through. We filled the how was your check in sent by Hotels.com and told them about the room and was told this would be sent to the hotel but we never heard anything from either. The first day we were there building work was carried out at the building next to the hotel. drilling and hammering from just after 7am and continued all day fortunately this was the only day it happened. In the evening and early morning there was a constant noise as people seemed to be slamming doors. On Friday morning our last one. There was a lot of banging on doors around 4am I think on the third floor. Apparently someone rang the police the person left the building setting the fire alarm off as they left. We had to leave the building and stand in the cold the police arrived but could not turn the alarm off or contact anyone from the hotel. After nearly an hour the police told us to smash the alarms in our rooms to turn them off but fortunately they stopped. Some single women had been terrified by the person banging on their door. I would certainly not stop here again or recommend this hotel to anyone

The property is central for tourism. Unfortunately when we arrived there was a large poo in the toilet and pubic hair on the towel. For these basic failures two stars are deducted. The loss of another star is because the decor does not match the ‘funky vibe’ of the website.

Great one bedroom apartment in the middle of a great shopping district. Host did not send door code so was a hassle to get in, had to borrow someone's phone to get the code.

Hyvä sijainti - pientä parannettava.

Hotelli on käytännössä todella hyvällä paikalla - isoimmat nähtävyydet lähellä ja rautatieasema (ei kuitenkaan naapurissa). Lähettyvillä useita ravintoloita aivan kävelymatkan päässä. Omaan makuun lähikadut liian täynnä turisteja, mutta liikenneyhteydet eripuolille kaupunkia hyvin saavutettavissa mm. Rathaus-asema maan alla aivan hotellin vieressä. Huoneessa voisi olla mainos tai kaksi liikenneyhteyksistä tai sivuista joista löytää tietoa, koska respaa ei ole. Sisääntuloaula/ovikorttitulostus ainakin oman kirjaustumisaikana (klo 15) pääsi ruuhkautumaan ja oli ahdasta. Äänieristys ei ollut kovinkaan kaksinen. Kadulta ja käytävästä kuului ääniä. Huonekaluissa jonkun verran erilaisia tahroja. Suihku iso / vessaosa oli hieman tiivis.

Will definitely stay here again when I'm cologne

Great place to stay. Lively outside on the weekend, so not somewhere for people who like quiet. I loved it though. Great location. Not far to the cathedral, river or station. Couldn't fault anything.

Modern and clean central hotel

The apartment is in great condition and central location . Checking in time can be problematic as all people are checking at the same time with a self checking machine and can take a bit of time to do so especially when you are not familiar with technology. As a result, there was a long delay during my check in . Otherwise, this is a great value and very comfortable hotel .

Location was perfect. Bang in the middle of everything. No problem getting out in the morning to fetch a coffee and breakfast. A little noisy (my room was opposite a popular bar), but that was not a problem for me. Don't book if you need absolute silence to sleep.

Couldn’t really give an excellent for staff because there was none, but checking in was pretty easy. Even though we don’t speak German we were able to figure it out! The elevator is super tiny and we almost didn’t fit the two of us with our two bags but we just laughed every time we squeezed in! A great stay and would do it again.
