MONEY STOLEN!! We stayed for 4 nights total and on our last day there, we noticed $500 was stolen from my wallet. No one else had been inside our hotel room except our family and THE CLEANING STAFF. During our second day there, in the morning when I tried to enter my hotel room, there were two cleaning ladies inside my room, and one of them was at the door, HOLDING THE DOOR SHUT while I used my keycard to try to enter. I could hear the other cleaning lady on the other side of the room, and they were speaking to each other in Spanish in a very panicked manner; the one at the door was telling the other lady to hurry up. Once I entered, they quickly rushed out of the room. When I realized my money was stolen in the morning of the day we were checking out, I finally made the connection of what had happened that day when they tried to stop me from entering the room, and how they were the only possible suspects of stealing $500 out of my wallet. We submitted a claim with the hotel while we were checking out, and have never heard since. They promised they would investigate the situation and reach out to us. It's been a whole month and we haven't heard anything. DO NOT recommend your friends and family to stay at this location! We will definitely not be coming back.

No es la primera vez que nos quedamos y me sorprendió ver que ha decaído mucho la limpieza en la barra de desayuno del bufet me tocó ver cucarachas por qué fuimos Muy temprano se lo señalamos a los meseros pero sólo dijeron que ahorita checaban! Igual en los baños y elevadores nos tocó ver sucio u cucarachas por áreas comunes el servicio es bueno el personal muy amable es muy difícil conseguir reserva para los restaurantes en la noche aunque esté co. Poca gente!

Me sorprendió ver mucha cucaracha en las áreas de restaurant y áreas comunes, elevadores sucios y desagües hacia el mar... El servicio muy bueno el personal es amable y el hotel es bonito pero creo que si están descuidando la limpieza ya había estado otras veces ahí y si note una baja en el servicio en general.

Large property

The property is large so you have to take a golf cart everywhere which was inconvenient but they were relatively quick getting to you. Our room wouldn't cool below 72 no matter which buttons we pressed and it was hot. There were mosquitos everywhere in the room even though we didn't keep the doors open. The service was kinda slow but the drinks were REALLY good! Food was also better than other all inclusive that I've been to. The kids club was small and free for one hour but my son was the only one in there so it was great for him and spending an hour there. Check in is 4PM and check out is 10AM which is earlier than most properties and you can only use the amenities until 12PM so sucks if you have a later flight. We used valet which was an extra $12 a day, we got out of the car on arrival and no one moved from their positions to help us?! Lol first time that's happened. No Ubers allowed on property, not a problem for us since we had a car but the walk to the end of the property would be long if you're using Uber. Bonus was that you could eat at some restaurants on the Marina with your AI.

This resort is amazing. My family had a great time and hope to come back in the future. The only issue I had was at check in. I was told my 16 year old should have been charged at the adult rate. I booked on Hotels.com, it asked the age of my minor on the travel dates. I booked everything with correct information on to be charged $500 additional for my child to have access to the all-inclusive perk. I believe after 13 your kid is considered an adult. Be aware of this before booking.

Around the property is very well kept. The view to the ocean is breathtaking. The staff was incredible. The food was very good. But our room seemed runned down. It needs remodeling. We checked in shortly after 10pm it turns out there is no food at that hour. It is not an 100% all inclusive hotel like other properties. You must pay room service separately and only certain restaurants and certain dishes are available to you with the all inclusive. After 8:30pm you must buy your own food from a Starbucks which offers cold sandwiches and yogurts. No bueno I was disappointed.

My husband and I stayed at this resort for the fist time and we were VERY happy. BEAUTIFUL!! First, I'm very glad I decided to send a message to the resort prior to arriving. I asked them for help booking all of my dinner reservations, an atv/camel adventure glass boat tour and spa treatments. Manny helped me and he was fantastic! He had an itinerary waiting for us when we arrived. We checked in first. We did not take advantage of the "premium all inclusive" NOT NECessary for us. Unlimited, all we could drink and a choice of 6 different places to eat, was plenty for us. We got pesos before arriving at the resort. was good so we had tipping money the entire trip. we also rented a car at the airport. That was a pain. Not sure if we would do it again, as the resort is abt13 min. drive from the marina. NOTE that if you do decide to rent a car, YOU MUST opt in for their insurance. It worked out for us because we were only staying a wk. They put a hold on about $400 USD (as they do in the US)... Our room was a luxury suite, make sure to note at check in if you have VIP access ask them to explain your benefits. you get some extra discounts and upgrades, parking incl.. if you don't bring it up, it might get missed. Our room was a luxury suite w/plunge pool. Spectacular view. The rooms don't get super cold but I wasn't uncomfortable. They clean each day. The food was great. Carts will drive u arnd resort. Lupita and Hena at the Spa were GREAT! Upon checkout daily tax/sanitation ch
The beautiful church on the resort. Take a walk up. Again, the view was stunning and the church was quaint and peaceful. Just perfect.

The staff is amazing!!! And the views are incredible! Lots of different restaurants to choose from and the hotel has 3 different properties AND a sister hotel that you can shuttle to for free. IVAN was absolutely the best bartender and went above and beyond for my husband and I. So personable and really took care of us. TRINIDAD was also sooo nice and welcoming and took us wherever we needed to go. We will definitely come back here because the hospitality/views were amazing.

Perfect get a way with my daughters

This was my 2nd time at this property and I was excited to bring my daughters for some much needed relaxation and fun. The staff is phenomenal and so helpful. The grounds are beautiful and the views outstanding. Food was good, service was great. The beds and towels are so comfortable, we had an overall fabulous time!

The property was stunning! Every location has a beautiful view! The staff were amazing! Michelle, the hostess at El Eden restaurant was so kind and helpful to us. We traveled with our 3 year old and were nervous she wouldn’t behave but Michelle spoke to our daughter every chance she had, she checked on us throughout the night and made us feel so comfortable and at ease. We ran into her a couple of times and every time she was the sweetest to us! Every day at this resort was a dream! We will most definitely be coming back :)

Hotel and staff were amazing! Erick was a great help driving us around the hotel premises. The only issue we had was trying to figure out the AC every night in our room. Otherwise, we had a magical stay and will be back to Cabo soon!

The views are absolutely amazing! Our room had ocean view and there are plenty of pool areas. The food was exceptional and our concierge Manny was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed!

The service was excellent. The grounds were beautiful. The only part which was frustrating was the all-inclusive. Certain foods were off limits unless you paid extra. Also, they only allowed certain house wines as part of the all inclusive. Other than that, we had a great time.

The property is stunning, the staff was amazing, the food was excellent for all inclusive. The location and shuttle service was awesome! The perks of all inclusive were just amazing at how many options and benefits if you upgraded to premium.
