This is a nice hotel on a quiet street. Check-in process was rather smooth, our room was nice and spacious. The design of the room was quite grand with stone and wooden paneling. One disappointment was that in the bathroom the bathtub screen was leaking and there were plenty of water on the floor after showering. But other than that, we had a nice and pleasant stay. The staff in the hotel is friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel did not have a record of my reservation. It is quite possible that is hotels.com's fault, not the hotel's. However, the hotel staff were unsympathetic and impatient even though I was very clear that I did not accuse them of anything wrong; they then assigned me to a room on the 10th floor of a 9 floor hotel, forcing me to carry my luggage up a flight of stairs.
