Beautiful hotel and views. Excellent service and cleanliness. Breakfast was delicious, very fresh. The only reason I gave it four stars was because the mattress on the bed was very hard.

Hotel uses historic building and very good atmosphere but I must say service level is not at professional level. I asked to bring towels to my room but it took two hours after I called twice. There is very limited items in the room and I had to ask for glasses to drink wine. There is swimming area just in front of the hotel but drains from somewhere (maybe from the hotel) make the whole area stink….

Gorgeous hotel

We had a wonderful 4 night experience at the hotel. The facility itself and the view are gorgeous- I attached the view from our room, even the lesser view from our daughter’s room was quaint and if you stretched your neck you could see the sea. Service was friendly and helpful. The water flow from our shower head was weak and was fixed the same day when we mentioned it. Breakfast has a large selection of fresh and delicious food, the bread is scrumptious. I would however recommend against dining at the hotel restaurant other than breakfast. I’d rather not elaborate as I do like the hotel. Two other problems that prevent me from giving a five star rating- there was an occasional sewage smell at the hotel beach and pool area which was overwhelming. The lifeguard said it was indeed sewage and after asking if the sea water was safe he said that it shouldn’t enter your mouth. Suffice it to say we did not try to swim there. The other issue was the lack of signage indicating the parking area for the hotel, which is outside of Perast ( only residents can enter with private cars). We drove around for a while asking locals who directed us to the place. Overall we had a wonderful time at this lovely town at the best hotel in it.

We came here as a family, hoping to enjoy the beautiful view. However, the service was horrible. Our waiter continued to roll his eyes at us while we were ordering. At 11:15 pm, I asked for a juice, and was told the kitchen is closed. This applied to my second request for a Coke Zero. The first word that any employee of the hotel uttered to me was, “that’s impossible”. I asked for our luggage to be put in storage, and they forgot to bring it. They also stored our luggage in their office and physically stood in my way of going in there. The result of that was that I asked for a very valuable artifact to be put in one the duffel bags, and instead they just left it out. This resulted in some very valuable things being left in the office, as well as a very valuable item being left on the street without a bag. Additionally, the hotel staff ripped an expensive duffel bag and took zero responsibility. A huge pity for such a nice location to have such awful service.

Amazing Stay!

Amazing stay! This hotel offers a perfect view and atmosphere of Kotor. Beautiful boutique-style 5-star hotel – small but very impressive. The staff are outstanding – always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist. Special thanks to Front Office Manager Katharina, a true professional who made everything easy for us. Breakfast is rich and full of high-quality options. After 11 PM, the hotel (and Kotor itself) becomes calm and peaceful – ideal for true relaxation. We had an amazing experience. Highly recommended!
You can eat with out pork meals in the hotel! Thy allready have beef menus!

Was a lovely hotel with exceptional views from the premium sea view room ... however must say that resteraunts in perast are limited and you certainly need a car to explore further. Due to the isolated location food and drinks are expensive a 2 course meal with a couple bottles of wine will set you back 150eurs minimum. But views and staff were excellent

Inappropriate response

It was really rude and inappropriate how we were treated by the reception at the time of check out . We returned the room key and took a boat trip organized by the hotel, upon our return we asked for our luggage to be brought to lobby from luggage room . It was denied with an inappropriate response “” you need to pay your extras first”” We were soaking wet and shocked by this response. Not to mention to suggest an area to change our bathing suits we were treated disrespectful.
