Perfect retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was extremely clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast, the evening glass of wine with charcuterie board and also the evening tea. The details were very well thought out and made for a pleasant stay. It is also located in a quaint neighborhood with several restaurants and stores in walking distance. We will definitely return again when in the area.

We’ll be back for sure!

We loved staying at the Niwot Inn. The innkeepers were so nice and communicated with us so well even before we got there. The Inn is lovely. The rooms are clean and so comfortable. It’s so great to not be at a chain hotel! Breakfast was included and coffee tea and snacks available all day. There are restaurants and shops close by and wonderful places to walk. Close to Boulder and Longmont. Can’t wait to stay again!

Cozy, private and quiet

It was a romantic little get away and worked out perfectly. The check-in was fast and got a tiny tour (ice, breakfast etc.). The property felt more private without the 24/7 reception and having key access to the front and back door. There was a lovely covered patio on the back where we ended up sitting in the evening. There were puzzles and games available in the main areas. It was wonderfully quiet! We passed several other guests but didn't hear a single sound in the room. All the tiny touches like the designated black make-up cloth, the vanity kit with Q-tips, and actually having the TV guide available are what make the difference in stays for me. I may be biased because we got engaged on this trip - but we'll definitely be back. (Oh - but be warned there are VERY toasty seat warmers on the toilet lol)

lovely place and friendly and sweet staff. what a cool little town as well. really enjoyed the bicycles available for guests, and just the general overall vibe was relaxing and fantastic. We want to come back for a couples stay and a massage!!

A place we definitely want to visit again

My wife and I ran a ski lodge for about ten years when we were younger, and this inn is very close to the ideal inn we had in mind back then. It was a wonderful stay, and we now have another place we would like to visit again. Thank you very much.

Great Find

This is a beautiful inn. A real historical gem with fabulous decor everywhere. The staff was welcoming...they even had a lovely cheese, fruit, wine offering at days end. A lovely inn on a quiet street. They have a spa but were booked when we arrived so book early!
