What an accommodating and friendly staff. Amazing and wonderful. The only downside was that their restaurant options don't compare well with other venues. The breakfast buffet was rather small (but of good quality and the staff worked hard), and the size of the dining area means that the buffet dining options are split into two shifts whihc reduces flexibility.

Exceptional service from Raianny and Evelyn. These 2 made are experience exceptional giving us amazing services and very professional. I am one who travels and will be staying here in the future and look forward to it. The breakfast, room services, views of the beach from the balcony are exceptional. It is a very safe area and beach is groomed daily and very clean. The sand is super fluffy white and beautiful. I will compare to cayman island. The chairs and umbrellas across the street are free if you purchase 1 drink. The coconut water and drinks are very good and very cold. I love this place !!!

O hotel é no máximo, um 3 estrelas turístico. O atendimento é o ponto alto. Entretanto, a limpeza do quarto é ruim, colchão mostrando bastante uso, roupas de cama e banho muito desgastadas e manchadas. Mobília e portas descascando. Os elevadores não conseguem atender a demanda do hotel cheio, levando pelo menos 15 minutos de espera em horários de pico. O café é bom e variado.
