We had 3 rooms booked and paid for in full. But when we arrived the hotel was booked out. Very disappointing.
The reception staff were very nonchalant and didn’t really care that we had paid in full yet no rooms were available.
The Manager, however, was good. He apologised over phone to us (he wasn’t actually there). And he got our money refunded in full.
But it took several messages between us, the Manager and Hotels.com to get them to refund us in full. And the refund took 3 weeks to process! And we still had no accommodation!
Although the hotel refunded us in full, I can’t recommend them.
