A wonderful stay in Fira Santorini

It’s a wonderful stay in Iriana. Communications was smooth and fast response. They will arrange a strong guy to meet at the road when alight from transfer car and he helped us carry our 2 big luggage to room, good to prepare some tips, Check in staff are friendly. My room was not ready when we arrived , but they gave us a free welcome drink in their lovely cafe with spectacular view. The room was huge and with very high ceiling. They provide bathrobes and slipper which is nice. Only thing is no coffee machine and tv is small in living area with no Netflix streaming channels. The room I booked has a mini heated pool with jets. It has direct access from bathroom but the steps are narrow and steep which can be quite dangerous. Pool can also be access from outside patio area. Only thing is there’s public walkway directly in front of it so people a see you when you’re using the jet pool. We love the hotel serves breakfast to your room at your preferred time. We were happy that they gave us the breakfast the night before our departure as we have to check out at 630am to catch our early ferry. I will recommend this hotel as its central and has amazing ocean view in Fira. You need to be physically fit to this hotel too as there are steep steps to and from room. I stayed in Oia before coming to Fira and I feel the sunset is better in Oia. I feel Fira has more chill and party vibes. Also, Fira has more shopping than Oia and are more affordable.

The hotel is located in the Fira area, which is very central and convenient. It’s just a short walk from the bus stop, making it easy to get around Santorini and explore other parts of the island. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel also has its own café and restaurant, which was a nice bonus when we didn’t feel like going out. The food was good, and it was nice to relax there after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Fira, especially if you want easy access to transportation and helpful service.

Property is perfect to enjoy the sunset. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in your balcony , luggage delivered to your room, welcome drink, all made us feel like VIPs and made the experience enjoyable. Just be prepared to climb a lot of stairs but that’s everywhere in Santorini. 😀

The hotel location was perfect. The staff was super helpful! Very welcoming atmosphere and the hotel room was very spacious I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to Fira (Santorini) you will not be disappointed as it truly has a home away from home feel. They even gave us a bottle of wine a welcome drink for each of us and breakfast. Thank you again for a great stay!

Everything about this place was great! From the moment we arrived to our last day, Iriana staff treated us like royalty. Great location, wonderful room, excellent food and drinks. But staff makes it the best, they really went above and beyond for us.

Wow, what a spectacular place. If anybody I knew was planning a trip to Santorini I would tell them to book Ariana (specifically the Cave Executive Suite) and don't waste their time checking out other options. The staff at Ariana were over-the-top wonderful and really treated us with incredible kindness, carrying our luggage to up and down the stairs to our flat, serving us welcome drinks, bringing our breakfasts each morning and always welcoming us when we arrived back etc. The breakfasts were great with lots of choices. We stayed in the Cave Executive Suite which blew our minds in terms of uniqueness. I was surprised it had 2 bathrooms. The private tub was accessible from inside our flat and also from our little porch area. I was afraid the water would be too hot in the summer (August) but they kept the temperature turned down slightly so it felt refreshing but still warm. Bonus that it was all shaded given the August heat. Our breakfast deck also had a padded lounge area for us to relax on. We watched the sunset every night from there, avoiding the crowds. Things to know: there are A LOT of steps you have to go down to get to this suite (80 - 90) and there are steps to the 2nd bedroom within the suite. The bonus of this is that the tranquility of our private deck, despite being right in the heart of the bustling Fira night-life. We could hear music from certain locations but not voices out on our deck at night. Totally quiet on the inside and air-conditioned.

Iriana Suites is an excellent property in the heart of Fira. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the central bus station, making it very convenient for exploring Santorini. The suites are modern, well-maintained, and equipped with excellent facilities. The views from the terraces are stunning, especially at sunset, and some rooms include private plunge pools which add to the experience. Staff are professional, welcoming, and helpful with recommendations and arrangements. Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of comfort, convenience, and beautiful views, and is highly recommended for a stay in Santorini.

Amazing views and wonderful service

Our stay at Iriana was lovely. The service was excellent. They do everything to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The view was incredible, making it difficult to want to do anything other than sit on our private patio and take it all in. The room was comfortable. Linens and bedding were nice. Food was great as well.
