The beach was very beautiful and it’s close to SDQ airport. The rooms needed much upgrading especially the bathroom. The main reason I’m giving it 2 stars because of the condition of the room I stayed in. They put us in a room overlooking pool and it was very very loud until 2 or 3 in the morning. Everyone was partying and it was very hard to get good rest. The food was actually pretty good. Lots of options and anyone could find something to eat. However the wine that’s included in the all inclusive is absolutely awful snd I was unable to drink it. The sparkling wine was terrible too. The mixed drinks by the pool were the way to go. The staff was very nice and tried their best to help you. I would say if you want a place super close to the airport and inexpensive but no luxury with the room in any way then maybe it would be for you. I myself would not go again.

The shower water smelled like pure sewage, the toilet was filthy, the sheets are too small for the bed and the tv did not work. I complained the same day I checked in and they told me to run the water and it will go away. It didNOT go away!!!! Couldn’t get pool towels the whole time we were there cause they claimed not to have. The food was NOT good. I will never return.

Fuyez, fuyez, fuyez. Je paie 300€ pour une chambre front beach et on me déclasse .. le Check in se fait vers 18/19h je reviens d’un excursion un peu fatiguée je me demande pq j’ai une chambre à coter d’une scène vu piscine etc. Et le lendemain je demande à avoir la chambre que j’ai réservé on me dit qu’elle n’est pas dispo je demande a prolongé avec un geste commerciale et donc prolongé mais pour cette chambre on me dit qu’elle n’est pas dispo qu’il faut contacter la plate-forme je contacte hôtel.com qui me dit qu’ils vont contacter l’hôtel pour confirmer et de son coter le réceptionniste me dit qu’il ne peut pas confirmer que j’ai été déclassé. Résultat j’ai été déclassé et pas de geste commerciale ni rien du tout. Les autres commentaires sont vrais nourriture totalement immonde .. ça n’en vaut vraiment mais vraiment pas le coup!

The bathroom locked from the inside and I was stuck till my girlfriend helped me open that door. The service at the buffet was lacking; about twice, we were halfway done with our meals till we were approached for beverage service. I also had to go hunt for a server twice for utensils.

It’s everything anyone could need and want. Staff are very friendly and attentive, rooms are cleaned daily. Food was good and for Xmas and New Year they really made it special! It’s right on the beach with private beach, loungers and umbrellas. Two swimming pools and 2 bars. WiFi is available. The only issue we had was limited WiFi in the room which was fixed towards end of our stay and very loud music in the pool bars and especially after 9pm in entertainment area. Also there is very busy bar restaurant just next to hotel that plays loud music at night and significant amount of visitors adds to level of noice
