We stayed at Red Cliffs Lodge and the location is absolutely stunning right by the river, surrounded by red rock cliffs and horses grazing nearby. It’s peaceful, scenic, and feels like a true getaway in nature.
However, one downside was the $20/day parking fee. It feels unnecessary and a bit greedy, especially considering this property is located far from town and sits on abundant open land. It’s not like parking is limited or costs them extra it’s just charging guests to park their car where they’re already staying, which doesn’t sit right at a place like this.
Overall, it’s a beautiful spot and we enjoyed the setting, but that parking fee felt like an unnecessary upcharge in the middle of nowhere.
