Phenomenal ocean view, wonderful staff, very good food especially the 2 a la carte restaurants. Our suite was very big, clean and overlooked the ocean.Only complaints are that the room doors slammed loudly which was annoying and our room was an adjoining one so we could hear the guests next door which was upsetting to us seeing how we paid a lot and we expected more privacy.

O hotel entrega tudo o que é prometido. É um hotel all inclusive 4 estrelas que possui bons restaurantes e buffets que atendem as expectativas. O quarto que nos foi ofertado era grande e confortável, com exceção de uma porta que era compartilhada diretamente com outro quarto e atrapalhava a privacidade do casal (no meu caso em lua de mel). Ponto forte: Atendimento. O atendimento dos bares e restaurantes é muito bom. Destaque para o rapaz que faz os drinks no bar da piscina. Ponto a melhorar: Limpeza de corredores, áreas comuns e elevadores. Essas áreas ficam sem limpeza por dias. Em linhas gerais nossa experiência foi muito boa. O hotel entrega o que promete e tem bom custo benefício. Bom hotel para quem quer uma experiência all inclusive com preço menor.

Absolutely loved it here. Staff was very nice. All inclusive so loved the buffet as well as liquor my favorite. Also have 24 hour room service. There is a gas station across the street if you want something different than what is provided. When I booked excursions had no issue with drivers finding the resort and myself.

This was our first experience doing an all inclusive resort and we weren’t overly impressed by this resort. The food was one of the biggest disappointments. The pool “snack bar” was the best food on property. The hotel is older and a bit run down. We would recommend spending a little more and going to a better Cancún resort. *as a tip we would also forgo the sales presentation they try to talk you into doing when you first get there. It was sold as a zero pressure presentation and we would get a few perks like free transportation to the airport and discounts on things like excursions and the spa. It was a typical sales presentation where they try to build a relationship and be your friend and then offer a price 5-6 what they are really looking to get and then act like they are doing you huge favors to bring the price down (when quite a bit of pressure to buy). If 2 hours of your time (sold as 90 minutes) is worth $20 bucks to you then go for it.

I stayed at Oleo’ in March 2025 and my stay was wonderful! The food was good, the service was good, and my room was clean! It’s Now June 2025 and the property has gone down..or maybe it was the room I stayed in this time. The ocean view was beautiful BUT the mirror in the bathroom was severely scratched up, the toilet stopped up after using it once, the sliding door to the bathroom had lots of chipped paint and looked as if there was some water damage, the VIP perks were non existent and because I stayed here before, I knew what to expect. I asked and after 3 hours they brought me a bottle of champagne and some macaroons. Outside the window there was a missing piece of the roof that was filled with what looked like black mold. The floors had dust and what appeared to be stains near the windows. I was very disappointed in my stay this time & was so grateful I only booked it for my last night in Cancun.

The experience was a good one for the most part. Alberto who greets one upon arrival was attentive and friendly. Our check in process and checkout was smooth, however the person doing our check in was not very welcoming in tone or personality. The food and room were appropriate for the price we paid, and the location and ocean view from our rooms were amazing. We were overall happy with our stay and recommend the hotel for its view and proximity to the airport. We received massages during our short stay and both of our massage therapists were professional and had very good techniques. We unfortunately don’t remember their names, but would recommend receiving services specially because spa pools were drastically less occupied than the main pool.

I took a solo trip and had a great time. Staff was nice despite not speaking English. The view was beautiful. Personally I didn’t need to leave the resort for anything but there was stores near by and staff was helpful with taxi information.They kept the tequila coming :) It was very relaxing.

Property is well maintained and modern. The pool is small and there is limited entertainment. The beach and the spa were the highlights of this hotel for me. Food was good but choices were limited. Drinks were strong. I was asked numerous times to do the presentation and when finally agreeing I was upfront that I would not purchase it. After the presentation taking quite a while I respectfully declined and the sales person was not as friendly or personable after that. Christina and Nataly at the spa were both amazing.
