The best way to describe my rating is this: the signs in the property refer to the people stay at their facility as "residents" and they offer weekly/monthly rating.
The check-in area was locked and only a 2x2 feet window was open to talk to the front office and get a key.
I felt very unsafe. The property was dirty and there were cigarette butts everywhere.
Upon walking into the room, I noticed areas in which weren't maintained, such as stains on the walls, scratched up furniture missing pieces, and bad drywalling/painting.
There was no conditioner.
The shower didn't get hot.
I try to take into consideration the description of a product and the price when writing a review. So I often don't say anything because it was right in the description. Having said that, the lack of sense of safety and the cold shower are things I didn't expect.
I'm sure that there are wonderful residents in this "hotel." To be fair, had I arrived during the day, I may have missed a lot of the scary things I saw, but I wouldn't have brought my family there for a short stay.
