Worst Ever Hotel Experience Absolutely Disgusting!
We’ve traveled a lot, but nothing compares to this disaster of a hotel. We booked 3 nights and escaped after just one—this place is filthy, unsafe, and run by people who couldn’t care less.
Disgusting Conditions:
The room was revolting—stains everywhere, hair in drawers, and a broken shower door that literally fell on us. The curtain was broken too, letting in blinding light all night. Worst of all, the air was suffocating. If you have asthma or lung issues, avoid this place—my girlfriend felt sick the moment she stepped inside.
Dangerously Understaffed:
We only saw three staff the entire time. Poor Nathan was dumped with every job—reception, bar, even repairs—making the hotel an absolute safety hazard in case of emergency. No help was ever given when we complained.
Shameful Handling of Complaints:
Instead of taking responsibility, they brushed us off to Hotels.com. No apology, no concern, nothing. Even after the shower door injured us, they refused proper compensation. All they offered was a partial refund for unused nights (via Hotels.com) and a pathetic £50 voucher—an insult given the nightmare we endured.
We booked when this dump was rated above 7. It’s now at 6.4, still marked as “good.” That’s a complete lie. This hotel is disgusting, dangerous, and should be avoided at all costs!
