Hoy desde que hemos vuelto a casa ya no aguantamos de comentar lo malo que estuvo este resort para nosotros. Teníamos mucha expectativa con este resort ya que en años anteriores hemos visitado al Royalton Punta Cana, en el cual tuvimos una experiencia agradable. Pero este (Royalton Bávaro) está muy mal mantenida. Nos dieron una habitación que está casi todo dañada, la puerta del baño no se cierra (la puerta se abría sola porque el seguro no funciona), la nevera estaba torcida y la puerta de la gaveta también está torcida, algo que nos pareció super incómodo y chistoso. Además, el agarre de mano para abrir el balcón está literalmente roto. No nos pusieron tapas en el jabón de baño. Con respecto a la comida, estuvo malísimo, la langosta estaba ya dañada y en general había mucho plato que nos pareció muy salado. En resumen nunca hemos estado en un resort de tan mal calidad. Espero que tomen en cuenta las críticas (sugerencias) y que mejoren para el bien de su futuro

We enjoyed our stay. The room was always in perfect condition, clean and well-supplied. Carlos, our butler, was always available daily and checked in with us regularly. He was very helpful and we appreciated his assistance. Adonis, our concierge, was our initial contact after booking. He provided us with all the information we needed at the time and assisted with restaurant reservations and Carlos as well. We appreciate all their help. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in November.

Food was excellent and restaurant staff great, however the workers in our room left much to be desired. Basically the beds were made and that was about it. Seldom left towels or refrigerator refills. Repairs were needed and never completed. Although there was a restaurant close by we had to walk to the other side of the resort for breakfast because it was Diamond even though we were allowed in for lunch add dinner. Using a walker then a wheelchair made this more difficult. Having a pool right outside our room was extremely fun and well used. We were shocked to discover the charge for the shuttle to the water park. Fortunately there were enough pools and the lazy river. Also 2 large unidentified bugs were found and destroyed. We had wonderful hot and sunny weather which is what saved this holiday.

The staff went above and beyond, especially Miguel Ramirez. On top of that the pools were clean, the grounds were very well kept up, entertainment was awesome. The room was spacious and was cleaned very well every day, and the fridge was always restocked. We enjoyed every restaurant! Our favorites though were the hibachi and the Brazilian restaurants. Back to Miguel though he is the main reason our trip was so amazing! He was always checking in with us, seeing if we needed anything, went out of his way for us time and time again! My kids are already asking when we can go back to this resort and we just got home a few days ago!! I highly recommend 😊💕

Complexe magnifique et agréable mais, la direction de l’hôtel (via la réception) essaye de nous refourguer la ‘’Luxury Junior Suite’’ la plus pourrie de l’établissement. Samedi soir : Mise à dispo d’une chambre où il y a une fuite au-dessus de la baignoire balnéo et, une vue pas digne du titre de ‘’Luxury Junior Suite’’. Grâce à la fuite, changement de chambre obtenu mais, il a fallu argumenter longtemps. Seconde chambre très belle, avec une belle vue mais, il a fallu accepter une chambre à 2 lits plutôt qu’une chambre avec un grand lit. Ils ont tout essayé pour que nous renoncions. Quoiqu’il en soit, vacances très agréables avec un personnel très gentil, dans les différents restaurants et bars de l’hôtels, ainsi qu’au SPA. Puis, nous essayons de négocier un Late Check-Out car l’avion est à 21H15. On nous demande d’attendre jusque samedi pour vérifier la disponibilité. OK pour nous. Samedi 10H00, le Late check-out est impossible car l'hôtel est ‘’soi-disant’’ complet. C'est un mensonge. On nous propose à défaut, l’utilisation gratuite de la chambre jusqu’à 13H30 (01H30 sup) et, l’utilisation d’une chambre d’hospitalité à 16H30, pour se changer. Déçus mais OK. A 13H00 l’accès à notre chambre était bloqué avec nos bagages dedans puis, aucune chambre d’hospitalité mise à disposition à 16H30 car, le Guest Service ne savait ‘’soi-disant’’ pas, où était la clé (Mensonge du Guest Service ?). Résultat, nous avons dû aller nous doucher au SPA, avec un faible niveau d’intimité.

Majority of the staff were very kind and courteous. Lots of helpful people around to assist when needed. The rest of the staff were pleasant but reserved. Overall a great experience and happy to spend a week there. Carlos the waiter was the best and we saw him a few times over our stay.

Our stay at Royalton Punta Cana was very good, and the service was great overall. The absolute highlight of our trip was our concierge, Adoni Sanchez, who truly made our stay better. We had two rooms booked, and he made sure they were close together, handled all of our dinner reservations, and consistently checked in on our needs throughout the entire stay. His attention, professionalism, and care made a big difference and elevated our experience. We would definitely return.

The overall vacaction was amazing. The rooms were terrible. We started our non dc When we arrive we had blood on the sheets and mold on the bed skirting. Alot of mold. We called front desk and they were there with 10 minutes fixing the bed the shower head was broke and the sink would not drain. After all this was found i went to front desk and upgraded to diamond club so thatbi had a butler i could voice my concerns with. The room was alot better the room service ie. Fridge restock, maid service and house keeping was literally hit or miss. We would have to tell the butler daily something was missed. But after all that the resort was pretty clean the staff was amazing only found one grumpy staff and that was her problem. The food was always cold but it is what it is. The pools were pretty good and the beach was absolutely beautiful. Could walk either direction almost a mile easily. Overall would I stay here again. Probably not but would never say never
