The only thing that did not wow me is the quality of the food, especially the prawn salad, very disappointing even the lettuce had seen better day and the vinaigrette dressing just full of oil and tasteless. The young man working at the bar and the front of house, should be the manager he definitely knows what customer service is and looks like. Very knowledgeable, better than the guy with glasses who seems not fit for purpose, very arrogant and very unprofessional. Thank you to Maddy she’s also a superstar, always going to ask the kitchen, to give customer satisfaction while manager is doing God knows what in the kitchen instead being on the floor to make life easy for those working at the bar. The hotel was lovely, modern, fresh and I loved the shower. Reception staff warm, welcoming with a great can do and will do attitude, I had a wonderful time as long as I didn’t have to engage with the guys in blue and white shirts, they need more training in customer service and great team players.
