Excelente ubicación e instalaciones.

Todo estuvo excelente. Los únicos detalle fue que el agua de la regadera no se iba bien y esa área se inundaba rápidamente. Y el elevador se descompuso justo a la hora que hicimos el checkout. Pero el cuarto el servicio y todo en general estuvo perfecto.

Small hotel with new rooms and friendly staff

Clean renovated rooms in a shared building with other hotels and tenants. Staff is very friendly and location is central. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and new. Breakfast is served in the room with no dining area. Over all a good stay but having more upfront clarity on the hotel setup i.e. few rooms in a small section of a floor in a shared building, would have set the right expectations.

Roam around in Rome

Location, 10/10. Safe and secured building with lift. Looks exactly like the photos on the website. Spacious for one person. Slow draining shower I was able to fix by covering the drain opening, then used my foot to create a tight seal and forcefully push down to create pressure. Yes I was able to fix this but a routine check is the hosts responsibility. Comfort - AC and H&C water is 10/10. Room was clean upon check in. However I requested house keeping 2 days after and they did not clean the room completely and just replace the towels and trash bin. Hair and dirt still all over the floor. Receptionists were very courteous. Explained check in and out process clearly. Also provided information if there’s an emergency. I’m sure drainage issue and housekeeping deficiency is an easy fix so I still recommend this place.

Everything you could need

Had everything we needed (deeply appreciated the in room kettle, in room fridge, coffee, shared water filter machine, and use of adapter when we realized we forgot ours) and reception was very kind and helpful. Very quiet location through a courtyard and bed was comfortable and room was super clean. The only hiccup was that the shower didn’t drain properly so out of consideration, felt compelled to shut the water off while soaping up to avoid flooding the bathroom or causing possible damage to lower floor- I guess that made it eco-friendly, ha! Great option for what we needed.

Good stay except air conditioning.

Staff was helpful and professional. Room was clean and in good order. They do have air conditioning, but it is very limited. After being out hot and humid city all day, it would be preferred to come back to a room that cools you down while you sleep.

The rooms were clean, modern and had good amenities. It is a small hotel on the fifth floor of a building (there is an elevator). Due to being on the fifth floor and not fronting on a main street (it is at the back half of the building) it is very quiet. Also, there isn't a common dining/breakfast area, so breakfast is brought to your room every morning. The front desk staff was great and super helpful. The place is a gem for Rome.

This is not a 3 star hotel. Getting to the property is very difficult. There are a couple small steps of stairs and then a tiny one person elevator which is a pain if you have luggage, kid, etc. We booked a deluxe room only to have our room entry literally in the lobby less than 3ft from the entrance and reception desk. Very awkward and louder because of it. They also apparently don’t have a crib on site, which is odd for a hotel. We booked this because it was close (15 min walk) to Termini and decently priced but probably would’ve explored other options in hindsight.

The communication was perfect! We were allowed to check in earlier and on our check out day we were allowed to let our luggage till our flight. The room was very clean and modern. Everything was new and in perfect working order. The bed was big and comfortable, the bathroom was also very modern. The location is very central in the old Center. We would book this location again and we highly recommend it!!!
