I enjoyed to stay this clean and classic apartment, location is perfect both business user and tourist. However, I chose this apartment for my long-term business trip specifically because the listing indicated that it came with an in-unit washer and dryer. Unfortunately, I found that this was not the case. Instead, there is only one shared unit located in the lobby area. This means I have to wait when it is being used by others, and every time I do laundry, I need to go back and forth between my unit and the lobby, which is quite inconvenient.

Our stay in Vino e Olio was amazing, Giorgia the host was very helpful and had excellent communication since the day I made the reservation. The apartment was walking distance to the Vatican City, also to transportation, dinning, small market and shopping. The place was super clean, AC worked perfect, and was great for our family of four. Two kids two adults. I would stay again!

We loved this place. We are a family of 4 and we had plenty of space. They gave us one coke, one sprite, 1 liter spakling water, amazing chocolate chip cookies and a bottle of white wine. The washer/dryer helped us a lot since we were leaving on a cruise after this stay. You can walk to the metro or bus stop. We did both! Vacatican city is 9 minute walk! I would come back here in a heart bit. I would recommend this to anyone. Service was amazing and location was the best! The AC was amazing. The weather was 96°.

When I return to Rome I plan on staying at Vino e Oli. The staff is amazing but the place was spacious, comfortable, clean, walkable to many places in Rome and super close to the Vatican. And the price point was perfect. Exceptional stay. We had been through hell upon our arrival in Rome. Our original VRBO never provided the codes and then we moved to a horrendous hotel and finally could not take staying in hotel and found Vino e Oli. I just wish I booked this place originally. 3 is definitely a charm!!!! Thank you for everything!

Wonderful spacious apartment with kitchen and well working ac. Loved the area. Very close to the Vatican and shopping but not the craziest busy area of the city. The owner was very kind. Loved our stay.

Beautiful home close to everything

Beautiful apartment in a great area for walking, exploring, eating and shopping. Within a block of everything you need yet so quiet and relaxing at the same time. Kitchen was perfect for our family. Easy check in process. Would highly recommend!!

どこに行くにも近くて便利、部屋は快適

家族3人で3泊しました。 まずは立地がよく、何もかも近くとても便利でした。オッタビアーノ駅（Ottaviano S.Pietro）から徒歩5分と近い。特にホテルの入口の道沿いを歩いて5分位でトリオンファーレ市場（Mercato Trionfale）に着く。朝7時から開いており、魚・肉・チーズ・野菜・ワインなど食材は全て揃うので助かる。また、2軒となりはパスタ屋さんで自家製生パスタを必要な分だけ切って売ってくれる。とてもおいしくローマの思い出になった。レストラン・ショップも近く、サンピエトロ大聖堂も徒歩15分と近い。 　部屋は綺麗で広く、使い心地がよい。調理器具・食器も必要なものが揃っており、大きな冷蔵庫・4口のガスコンロ・食洗機も完備で自炊派にはとても使い勝手がよかった。到着時にワインが1本用意されていたのも嬉しかった。洗濯機は別の部屋にあり他の人と共同である。使い方がよくわからなかったが一応洗濯はできた。ただし、乾燥機はよく乾かなかった。 　ホテルとのコミュニケーションは基本的にWhatsAppで行ったが、返事がしばらくしてから来る点はやや難あり。余談だがヴェネツィアからローマに移動するときにWhatsAppのアカウントが停止されてしまい、宿への入り方が分からずにとても困った。電話で連絡をしてgmailに連絡を下さいと伝えたが、メールが来たのが到着寸前でとても焦った。もう少し返事が早ければとは思う。 ただ、ホテル自体はとても過ごしやすかくて快適だったので、またローマに来たときは利用したいホテルである。

I had an amazing stay at this property! The area is perfect for walking, shopping and dining, and very close to public transportation. Many grocery stores are nearby and the Mercato Trionfale is down the street. There are wonderful cafes and restaurants on the area The property itself is very nice, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. A perfect place to stay!
