A localização do hotel é muito boa para quem quer conhecer as praias mais bonitas de curaçao que ficam no Oeste da ilha. O conforto, a infraestrutura, os restaurantes, tudo foi nota 10. Único inconveniente é que não tem café da manhã estilo buffet como estamos acostumados, um dos restaurantes serve café da manhã a la carte e pago a parte. Ficamos em uma das vilas privativas e comporta 6 adultos com 3 crianças pequenas (dormindo na cama dos pais) perfeitamente. As vilas possuem 2 suítes, mais um quarto e mais um banheiro. Duas cozinhas, duas salas, piscina privativa. Ótimas para uma família maior ou casais de amigos com filhos.

We experienced consistently poor treatment throughout our stay. The hotel is noticeably affected by substandard service and does not appear to take guest feedback seriously. We were ignored when attempting to order a coffee. We had reserved a table for dinner and requested a specific seating arrangement, yet we were still directed to a different table. Several waiters and other staff members displayed unacceptable behavior. We cannot recommend this hotel. Although the property is visually appealing, that does not make up for the inadequate service. We raised all of these concerns during checkout, and the hotel assured us they would address them and follow up by email with details of the measures they would take. We never received any such communication.

Die ganze Hotelanlage ist Traumhaft schön. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut eingerichtet und werden sauber gereinigt. Das Personal ist sehr Hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Restaurants sich durch sehr vielseitiges und sehr gutes Essen aus. Leider sind die Preise des Essens und Trinkens sehr hoch = oberstes Limit.

Boa estadia

O resort é lindo. Paisagismo muito interessante, área da piscina muito boa. O mar em frente ao resort é de tirar o fôlego, principalmente ao pôr-do-sol. Infelizmente, para utilizar as espreguiçadeiras e guada-sol em frente ao mar, deve-se ter consumação no restaurante. O quarto é confortável e espaçoso. Eu e meu marido achamos o colchão mole demais e os travesseiros altos para o nosso gosto. A varanda é muito agradável e com uma vista linda. O chuveiro é apenas parcialmente vedado por vidro, então o banheiro ficava muito molhado depois do banho. O próprio hotel deixa um rodo no quarto para o hóspede enxugar o chão, o que, em minha opinão, depõe contra o resort - que se entende de 'luxo'. Ademais, precisei reclamar duas vezes na recepção que a limpeza no meu quarto não havia sido feita. A posição do hotel é apropriada para ir às praias mais bonitas de Curaçao. No meio do caminho entre elas e o centrinho. Em conclusão, a estadia foi muito boa! Voltaria a me hospedar no resort.

Sauberkeit der Zimmer war mittelmäßig. Personal an der Rezeption war super professionell und freundlich, das ist besonders positiv aufgefallen. Ansonsten war die Anlage sehr gepflegt und ordentlich und das Café/Pizzeria ist auch super. Pool etwas klein und kein Strand am Hotel. Das Hotel liegt in einer Gated Community und man benötigt unbedingt (!) ein Auto.

We had a great vacation in Curaçao, but Coral Estates fell short of expectations. Despite being marketed as a luxury resort, the experience in the suites was underwhelming at best. Cleanliness was a major concern. After requesting an upgrade, which the staff was clearly reluctant to accommodate, we were moved to a pool view room. While it was brighter and more spacious, it still had serious issues—most notably, large cockroaches inside the room and a visibly dirty toilet. That is completely unacceptable in any accommodation, let alone one advertised as upscale. Housekeeping appeared rushed and inattentive, and the overall condition of the suite didn’t reflect the price point or the “luxury” branding. Thankfully, Expedia stepped in and helped rectify the situation to our satisfaction. Maybe the villas offer a better experience, but I would not recommend the suites to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, or truly relaxing stay.

Great spot. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this is a great place.$60 taxi to town and $50 taxi to the airport. The spa is beautiful. Restaurants were delish! I would not upgrade to VIP, as I saw no real benefit to it, except for the adult-only pool, and the views from the ocean suites were much nicer.

Beautiful property. We will return. Our villa 2 did have an ant issue in the kitchen and they wouldn’t go away. Ruined some food by the time we realized. Due to my cancer, I could not have pest control come in so we dealt with it. Lovely otherwise.
