O hotel é bom. O que atrapalha o conforto do quarto é o ar condicionado antigo que tem uma luz que mais parece um holoforte e não desliga atrapalhando dormir bem. Fora isso que foi horrível. O café da manhã é bom, estacionamento bom, lugar para refeição próximo e funcionários educados.

Chegamos e não fomos bem recebidas. Em Palmas basicamente todos pernoitam por conta do Jalapão, mas não serviram o café antes e tampouco tentaram ser simpáticos por isso, nosso guia teve que nos aguardar. No café tem opções de buffet de café da manhã para solicitar e quando fomos solicitar nos falaram: mas assim todos vão querer pedir também. Falta de sensibilidade com o hóspede

Alguns pontos a melhorar

Nos hospedamos minha mãe e eu do dia 17/08/2023 para 18/08/2023, os funcionários do dia 17/08 realmente precisam melhorar o atendimento. Já o funcionário da noite do dia 17/08 foi excelente e os do dia 18/08 foram perfeitos. Super simpáticos e atenciosos. Hotel no geral muito bom, limpo. Cafe da manhã bem gostoso. Achei barulhento, os vizinhos de quarto chegaram falando muito alto, crianças correndo, minha mae tava cirurgiada. Parece que o hotel não controla muito essas questões.
