My friend and I stayed here, separate rooms, and both had a great stay. The staff was all friendly and helpful. I do not speak German but the staff was happy to chat in English and Spanish. The location was great and easy to get around. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr sehr schön! Sehr netter, freundlicher Empfang, hilfreich! - Dazu ein sehr gut gekühlter Piccolo Sekt zum Empfang ( oder später!!)- Die Zimmer sind tatsächlich Gallerien : wir hatten das Mauerzimmer und das Märchenzimmer! Sowas findet man nicht in den großen Hotels, nirgends! Wir waren begeistert von der Einrichtung der Zimmer! Die Lage ist auch sehr gut: 12-15 Minuten vom HBF, und ruhig!! Wir werden auf jeden Fall dieses Hotel wieder buchen, wenn wir in Köln sind!

Had a wonderful stay at 18Arts this weekend. Fantastic cocept, lovely room and a comfortable bed. Radio playing chilled music on entry to our room. Not an issue for us but there is no step free access at this hotel.
