It would be nice if they offered breakfast even if it was continental. The Cafe in the Casino needs a little attention. I don't think it should take 45 minutes to get a hamburger when there is only 2 tables and maybe 6 people total is restaurant. Otherwise we had a great trip.

During my stay the staff was so awesome, professional and helpful. The hotel does need to be updated as it is very dated. We ate at the restaurant and the staff was so friendly and the food was delicious. Was on a business trip so I wasn’t able to spend my coins at the casino. Also I appreciate this property being nonsmoking as I had walked to the other hotel next door and the smell of smoke was prevalent. Overall I will be staying here again.

I was told at check in, their staff does not enter occupied rooms. There was no housekeeping service my entire 3-night stay. I had to go to the desk for supplies and towels. They were short-staffed in the restaurant and had no bartender on Saturday.

We were there for a conference and the room wasn’t ready. Check in was at 4 we arrived at 5:30 and room wasn’t ready until 7:30. No accommodations were made. There was no iron in the room, the TV didn’t work either. Was not a good experience. And we felt like they didn’t care.

Staff was very friendly - check-in was a breeze. Parking is good. Beds were very comfortable. Convenient eating places within the hotel. Drinks in the casino were definitely stronger earlier in the day. Servers came around often during the evening/late night. Even though there is a thermostat in the room, the AC didn't adjust when you adj it. The room had a stale cigarette smell even though all of their rooms are supposed to be non-smoking. The carpet was stained. Overall just an average stay - really did expect better accommodations considering the price.

Carpet was very worn and stained, furniture was very dirty under glass tops, overall room was very worn. Needs deep cleaning. Check-in was easy and clerk was nice but they gave me a room someone was already in. Had to go back to front desk and get another room. Room was certainly not worth the $300 cost for one night. Rooms are almost triple price on a weekend night compared to a weekly night.

The hotel room was dusty, the bathroom sink had toothpaste left from a previous guest. Paper around the bed. Sewer smells in the room. The hotel was,booked otherwise I would have gotten another room. The worse stay I'll never stay at that hotel again
