Over all stay was great. Good location, not far from base, dining, train station & shuttle service to base. Only thing I would recommend is to provide dish soap, a sponge or wash cloth & dish towel. This way guests don’t have to buy their own supplies.

Billing was confusing. I was lead to believe i am paid for the entire stay. Upon check out, I said I'll be back to get my wallet in the room. Reception responded that I can't leave because with the suitcases it appears I am leaving. Frankly that was an insult. Im leaving the suitcases to be retrieve later. The housekeepers on the other hand are polite and friendly.

The room was very big and we had a very large balcony. The bar was very nice and the breakfast was very good. The location was good for us since we were visiting relatives at the nearby U. S. Navy Base. The front desk did not always understand our request. The front desk could not change our large Euro's for smaller Euro's. The bathroom was set up for only 1 person and there were 2 of us. I had to ask the front desk twice during our stay to have the bathroom stocked for 2 people. Additionally, if I didn't have bar soap from a previous hotel we would have had no soap at all. There was no refrig in the room. Plus no microwave in the room or electric water kettle. There was no a/c in the room, and it was hot at night. We were told that the a/c was central and wasn't yet turned on for the year. The mattresses were very hard.

Hotel com ótima estrutura nos quartos, camas confortáveis. Banheiro limpo. Check -in rápido e com estacionamento. Possui cozinha com alguns utensílios como pratos, panelas e talheres. Pontos a melhorar: Café da manhã servido com copos descartáveis (você precisa pedir um capuccino para vir uma xícara). Poucas opções no café da manhã. Ovos e bacon precisam ser feitos de uma melhor forma. Piscina inutilizável (muito suja) recebi um comunicado que a partir de setembro não haveria piscina, mas me hospedei em agosto e já não estava utilizável.

Dans l’ensemble le séjour s’est bien passé!! Ce pendant la zone n’est pas adaptée pour des personnes ayant pas de voiture. Déplacement difficile, faut prendre des taxis tout le temps. À cela s’ajoute la propriété de la chambre, je ne sais pas s’il y’a une gouvernante pour contrôler les chambres. Dans la nôtre il y’avait des toiles d’araignées et une serviette sale peut être avec des taches propres entre guillemets. La distance est longue contrairement indiqué sur le site. Enfin j’étais déçu de voir la brosse et pot de toilette dans un état catastrophique.
