I selected this hotel because the website said it was a 15 minute walk to the lake. When I arrived and asked the front desk staff about the path to the lake, she said there was no walking path and that the roads did not have sidewalks and were curvy. She said it was not safe to walk on the roads to the lake. When I called hotel.com’s customer service, they said it was “walk at your own risk.”
The blinds on the windows were very cheap and let a lot of outside light in. There were bright lights outside near both windows, so the room was never really dark for sleeping.
The bathroom shower did not have a light in it. The shower curtain was dark, so it didn’t let the light from the bathroom into the shower area.
Would not stay here again.
