Spotless room, almost everything was tickety boo.
Except the TV in my room (138) was not receiving any signal and, thus, I was unable to watch anything on the night I was a guest there.
The fault was reported to the front desk, but it was too late in the day for anyone from maintenance to fix the issue for me during my stay.
As I was inconvenienced I managed to negotiate a compensation with James, who was very amenable and helpful.
This included some free bottled water and a complimentary Breakfast In Bed service the morning after - for my room and for my travel companion in the next room.
Jackie, the duty manager that morning, was both very patient and very helpful when the time came to check out and there were delays in doing so by 11am.
Thanks for your help. Highly recommend this newly opened Hotel Indigo of IHG.
