Staff our very friendly it’s just really hard to understand their language but it’s fine they’re nice anyway. As we arrived early so we need to pay 300NTD per hour that I really don’t like too. But food for breakfast is awesome

リーゾナブルな料金であったので、不満を感じる事もおこがましいと思いますが、感じた事をお伝えする事で、今後の改善に繋がっていただけるのではと思い、あえてこちらに記します。 「4つ星」と表記されていましたが、4つ星には程遠いのではとお見受けいたしました。寧ろ高め設定ではなく、☆低め設定の方が「落胆」にはつながらず、「料金相当」と思う事ができ、間違っても「落胆」にはならないのではないかと思います。 言語においてはいずれの言語も安心感を感じる事ができました！

這次住宿是在12樓，整晚都有一個震動的聲響不知道從哪來的，非常難入眠 一個四人房，房間插座只有一個，去櫃檯付押金可以租延長線，但是櫃檯常常沒有人在

夜遅くにも関わらずチェックインを許してくれた。 部屋は大きくてそして綺麗に掃除されており、落ち着いた滞在にする事ができた。 夜市が近くにあるので、夜ご飯の心配はないと考えるが、私は今回は機会がなかった。 私はこのホテルの朝食はあまり好みではなかった。 電源プラグの数が少ないので、バッテリーの充電はおこないにくいかも。 桃園火車駅はTPE airportからの交通機関が少ないので、夜便でTPEに到着する人は事前に交通機関を調べておいた方が良い。

Hotel condition is OK as still new but it is very strict to check out time at 11am. I was called twice before 10.30am to check out or warned else that another night would have been charged. Location is not convenient to and from Airport by public transit.

Generally, it is good. However, the beds are too soft to sleep. Also, the check out is too early at 11am. It did not allow a bit late check out, I received 2 calls to push us to check out at 11am or late check out NT$300 an hour. The hotel should have had time for a bit over after check out time.
