Awful experience

When we check in, the desk clerk keeps talking on phone and didn’t give us any information like WiFi password. The room is noisy when other room is using bathroom and floor is shaking when other room is walking. I’d rather choose motel 6 or anything else than this hotel!

Appropriately priced

Quiet and respectful neighbors, but loud train right across the street went by three times. A fancy soap caddy was created, but the busted bathroom door frame would not allow door to latch. Extra role of toilet paper was provided, but the spring loaded bar was missing from the dispenser. Nice clean room, but exceptionally small with no chair to sit in. I saw ten baby roaches which had hatched out in the bathroom, but the shower and sink plumbing worked marvelously and had good water pressure. The TV required instructions to use, but the extensive number of channels and variety offered was impressive. And the MOST important things were that there were no bed bugs, and no one broke into our car overnight. Colonial Hotel was within our budget and we were happy to pay it.

The shower didnt have a curtain to keep water from splashing all over the restroom floor. Only 2 towels were therr, and not looking properly cleaned

This place was disgusting. The first room I was shown had not been cleaned. There were hairs in the bed and eyelashes on the pillow. I asked for another room and it was the same. Dirty sheets, filthy floors. I then asked for a refund and went elsewhere. I have high tolerance for below-average motels, but this place doesn't even wash the sheets. Horrible place. Stay anywhere else.

Dont stay here

Had trouble checking in(that shouldve already been my 1st sign to cancel). The sheets were never changed there was still crumbs and hair from previous clients. The TV didnt work. I also shouldve taken pictures all yucky. Dont stay here.
