A good hotel, wonderful location, dog friendly, surprisingly good coffee. You can easily walk to some lifts, but there is also a shuttle. The room is functional. One drawback is the very small bathroom. There are two very nice common rooms.

Great find just a couple of minutes drive from the White Cap base lodge. Had to check in at the Grand Summit, as there was no desk service when we arrived. Maintenance fixed our running toilet very promptly. Great hot tub. Very convenient location. Apres ski cookies and marshmallows were a nice touch. Tough to beat the price we paid for (almost) on mountain accommodations!

Came up here for a long-weekend trip at Sunday River. This place is right near the mountain, and has a shuttle bus from the parking lot to the mountain that runs every 30 min or so. We were there from a Friday-the following Tuesday. There was a nice "hang-out" spot on the 2nd floor, stocked with board games, books, and had a nice fire going. There is also a locker to put your skis, but unfortunately, the boots do not fit into the lockers. From Friday-Sunday, there were numerous staff around to assist guests, as well as a promptly re-stocked hot drink station, along with muffins in the morning and cookies in the afternoon. From Monday-Tuesday, there was not front desk staff present, and you had to call a different numbner in order to get assistance. The hot drink station was also barren, and there were no muffins or cookies as previously mentioned. I would have liked for those treats to have been present during the weekdays as well as the weekend days. I would have also liked more frequent housekeeping services, since they only came 1x throughout our 4-night stay.

Clean rooms, great amenities, free shuttle back and forth to mountain. Very friendly and accommodating staff. My only complaint was the pillows, but that is pure personal preference. We loved the main and second floor common areas with fire places. They also had great space for board games( they provided tons!) dog friendly, but quiet and peaceful. Such great value!

The beds were comfortable and the mini frig was a nice feature but the carpet could use replacing and the bathroom is very small. We really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and fire put, morning coffee and blueberry muffins and afternoon hot cocoa bar, chocolate chip cookies and smores. The lobby areas are very warm and inviting with fire places, comfy furniture and games and the area shuttle is extremely convenient.

Here for ski competition. Easily assessable to slopes. There was an altercation at the hotel soon after we arrived and was a little under it the safety patrol and police handled efficiently. We had been told it can get rowdy at this hotel which we didn’t know about when booking. But ended up having no issues through the evening.
