The staff was so friendly but everything else was very lacking. The breakfast was embarrassing, even for a place like this, and the hotel did not have enough basic supplies like towels. Not to mention, there was no room cleaning throughout the stay whatsoever, and the bathroom sink was broken

This was by far the worst place we have ever stayed. 1st we did the pre check-in online to save time at the desk but when we got there they didnt have tilhe information and had to do it all over again. When we got our room the mattress was missing from the pull out bed so they had to find us a new room but the system was down so it took forever to manually find a room. The key cards had to be reprogrammed every day. The pool was filthy by far the most disgusting hotel pool. No towels in the pool area our entire stay except for one day and they were hand towels. The food that was out was terrible. They ran out of milk on monday so only coffee and cranberry juice all week. We registered for 5 people in our room and were only give 2 towels. We had to go down to the front desk everyday to get new towels. The guy checking us in barely spoke english so it was very hard to communicate with him. This place was also advertised with a hot tub by the pool which is why we chose this place but the hot tub was removed.

Over all it was mostly good. For a non-smoking property the area around the hotel and the lobby smelt like weed. When I checked into my room, I had no bath towels and it took me an hour to find get a hold of someone at the front desk. I waited out in the lobby for about 20 minutes, no one was there and both phones were constantly ringing. Then I went back to my room and tried calling every 10 minutes. Didn't get a hold of someone until about 7pm. I don't know about other units but my unit definitely had mildew up in the ceiling of the bathroom, the vent was broken and it sounded like there was water leaking from the unit above me into the ceiling. It was for a work trip and aside from the few hiccups mentioned above it was an okay place to stay.

A fight occurred in the next room around 10pm. People screaming obscenities in the hall. Police were called to the scene. Not a relaxing visit.

So our stay wasn’t terrible the staff was friendly. There was just some things they 100% need to work on. The second we walked in it smelled soooooo bad like straight trash. In the hallway right where you have to walk to get to the elevator a bag of trash sat there for 5 plus hours. When eating our breakfast my girlfriend was on the verge of throwing up because there was trash sitting in the dinning area. Just seems like the house keeping needs to make more rounds and keep up on the trash. The pool was alittle dirty but it was nice besides that. Our room wasn’t bad only complaints are the shower head was gross. Second the blanket on our bed had a huge brown stain on it. Third the AC smelled like mold. So again our stay wasn’t to bad but for the price we paid we definitely had high expectations. They definitely need to clean better besides that it was a nice place to stay.

Arrived on a 100 degree day. Hotel and my room were comfortable. Pool was very refreshing. Room looked like recently renovated.

I booked a last minute trip for my family of 5. King bed, with pull out couch. I checked in prior to arrival- which did not save any time as we had to do the process over when arriving. Our room was one king bed. When I went to the service desk- no accommodations were made. Our room was clean & bed comfortable. Continental breakfast was not stocked up, for the amount of people utilizing it. Do not recommend!
