Lovely location opposite the beach , clean room but hotel needs update all over , carpets doors and wall showing age , did not eat in hotel as close to lovely town centre , the shower had little pressure no way could shower properly , we only stay one night so was adequate for what we needed. Small double room very cramped and heating was super hot , had to open window , then had road noise from back road .

This hotel is worn out. The reception staff were not particularly friendly and didn’t tell us that there was no room service unless you asked for it by 10.00am.After the first day of no room service we complained and the next day it was done. However, they still didn’t tell us that we had to request it, so the next day it also wasn’t serviced.We’ve never encountered this before. Also, the stair carpet leading to our room was not cleaned in the four days that we stayed. We know this because there was a leaf on one of the steps when we checked in and it was still there when we left. The only redeeming feature was the breakfast and that was good.This is not the standard that we expected and we will never stay there again.

Room was in poor condition did not match pictures on advertisement. Understand this was a budget price, but the room condition was very tired, walls were stained and water damaged. Shower was useless. Reception and breakfast staff were ver pleasant

The lobby’s and dinning areas where clean and nice but the room I was in “21”well it needs to be taken out of service, all the wall was showing mould had been there previous and just painted over, pipes in corner of room had mould and rust pulled the bed out away from wall covered in mould, carpet had holes in all over, bed mattress and base needed throwing away. Can’t say anything about other rooms as I only had access to the room I was in. wouldn’t stay here again. If I could upload photos I would :( :(

A two night weekend stay, quiet time of the year so was allocated a larger room than booked which was very much appreciated. Booking in and out was simple, staff were pleasant and room was clean and comfortable. No complaints, would happily stay here again.
