Vi har bodd på dette hotellet en gang før, og vi har vært veldig fornøyd, men denne gangen får de kun 4 stjerner pga. mottakelsen vi fikk ved innsjekking, ikke bra! Hotellet har en fin beliggenhet like ved stranden. Bassengområdet er fint, og det er mange solsenger med tykke puter, og du trenger ikke stå opp grytidlig for å reservere en seng. De har store håndklær du kan bruke ved bassenget. Fine rom og bra renhold. Hyggelige ansatte på Pool snack bar, og en veldig hyggelig resepsjonist som heter Ana. Det er et stille område som ikke forstyrrer natte søvnen. Ingen trapper inn til sentrum av Puerto Rico. Kun 15 minutters gange til det eldste kjøpesenteret i Puerto Rico. 5 minutters gange til en Spar butikk. 5 minutters gange til en promenade som går til Amadores stranden. Anbefales!

Wow. What a gem! We really had no idea where to stay in Gran Canaria. My husband found this place and it was so great. The staff super friendly, right next to the beach. The rooms were huge and had everything you need! Parking is on site and if you need rental car they bring it to you! The laundry on site is super helpful too. I would stay here for sure again and again.

Beste Lage, top Zustand, reichliches Frühstück, großer Pool, einfach perfekt - doch leider von Österreich aus nicht im Winter buchbar - ansonsten wirklich keine Kritik!

Happy Holiday

Excellent- very clean everywhere- room very well equipped- 5litre of water in your room for you if you need More it’s €1.20 for five 5litre saves all the carrying- pool towels in your room- staff are excellent so polite and helpful- comfy bed - only had one problem shower is a little tight- courtesy room available for late check outs- we will be back - if we can get a room very busy all the time 🏖🏖

Excellent Apartment and location

Lovely friendly staff. Excellent location with lovely view of the bay! Right opposite the beach and such a choice of restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance :) Cleanliness - immaculate apartment kept spotless by the maid each day. New towels daily. Pool spotless too! Plenty of sun loungers and parasols.

Excellent hotel almost on the beach

Stayed 10 nights in October what an excellent hotel all staff so friendly to deal with and always very attentive to your every request from pool staf to front of house girls excellent. Grill restaurant attached to hotel serve beautiful food also La Cantina restaurant excellent for all types of meals. Highly recommend El Greco hotel to everyone.

Lovely friendly clean hotel right on the beach

A lovely clean hotel right on Puerto Rico beach with a variety of bars and restaurants close by and the main shopping centre approximately a 10 minute walk away. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms are cleaned every day, the pool is lovely and clean and a sun lounger.was always available.

Well run, well cleaned and all-round awsome.

It's an old holtel (one of the first), and it shows.. Not as in worn and shabby, but as in super-service, sparkeling clean and well run. Seems to be brand new, everythings is newly painted, everything works, all surfaceses are clean. Would absolutely come back! Average age is about 45 I guess, but lot's of families with waterloving kids, not cracy, just nice! The beach outside has imported sand from Africa (I guess.. since it's yellow/white), nice and clean with lot's of locals, absolute pleasure. We never did eat at the resturants which are connected to the hotel, due to the mostly bad reviews, but we had lunch++ at the pool bar every day, this is run by a lovely hardworking and very nice lady,I fully recommend the food here.

Well maintained and clean hotell. Perfect placed near the Beach and shops, but still a quiet hotel. Nice pool area. Can also recommend the hotel restaurant La Cantina for good meals and service.

Super hôtel bien situé, calme et luxueux.

Super séjour au El Greco. L'hôtel est bien situé et nous pouvions faire toutes nos courses à pied. L'appartement est luxueux, super bien équipé et très propre. Par contre, nous aurions apprécié avoir au moins une chaîne en français à la télévision... que de l'espagnol, de l'anglais et du scandinave. Nous aurions aimé avoir une chambre aux étages supérieures mais nous étions au premier donc, la vue sur la mer nous a déçu mais nous étions près de tout et de la piscine. Piscine très calme, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous étions peinés de quitter cet endroit. Par contre, nous avons été déçus des restaurants des environs. À peu près toujours les mêmes menus partout et pas de gastronomie. Mais au final, nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Great hotel and facilities

The hotel and our room were always clean and tidy. All the hotel staff were very friendly. We went half board and found the restaurant lively with good food and great waiters. They kept us and my children entertained. Would definitely go again

Bra hotell rett ved stranden!

Rene rom, gode senger, flott sjøutsikt. Stille og rolig selv om det ligger sentralt. Hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte. God plass ved svømmebassenget, ikke noe stress for å få solsenger. Ville dratt hit igjen!

Excellent hotel on the beach

We chose this hotel because of immediate proximity to the beach, to avoid climbing hilly Puerto Rico with the baby in a pushchair. Other reasons to choose this hotel over alike were: good noise isolation, heated swimming pool, variety of restaurants closely, free parking, fresh appearance. All of the above has turned to be as we expected, which was already enough to be exited about our stay. I should also add that daily cleaning was perfect, and the staff was most hepfull and friendly.
