安くて快適でしたが一点だけ。

近くにコンビニや飲食店もあります。御堂筋に近いですがビジネス街ですので夜間は静かでした。部屋も清潔ですが24時間換気の換気音が大きかったです。ただ同じ日に宿泊した同僚は感じなかったそうなので部屋によるのかもしれません。値段も安く次回も泊まりたいですが、9/30で閉館されるのが残念です。

ホテルはビジネス街にあるため、個人差はあるが出張利用には立地がいい。一方で、ホテルスタッフの対応が人によって差がある印象を持った。コロナ禍、部屋の清潔さはコロナ対策にも通じると思う。さらなる改善に期待したい。

When I am in Japan, Unizo is one hotel that I stay at. Im in Japan right not and have stayed at them for more than 25 days now. I was a little disappointed at this one looked a little tired and needs a clean up and renovation. The carpet in the lobby was very worn. Elevator doors needed to be cleaned. No upgrades for my staying so many days, which is dissappointing.

全体的に清潔でベッドやバスルームも広く、この大阪中心部でこの価格は破格かと思います。一点、冷蔵庫の電源が最初入っていないのは良いのですが、その代わりに製氷機から氷を持ってこようと思って行ったら、カップが一つも無くて諦めました。カップの補充をお願いしたいと思います。

ホテルへのチャット機能の改善を求めます。

ホテルズドットコムさんが悪いのか、このホテルが悪いのか、不明ですがチェックインが最悪で宿泊が不快でした。まず、名前を間違えられました。名前を間違えたのに謝りませんでした。そして、朝食が付いてるプランなのか、ホテルズドットコムのチャット機能で、ホテルへ連絡し確認したのにも関わらず、朝食が付いてませんでした。チャットでやり取りした記録もフロントの方に見せたのに、「このプランには朝食が付いてないので、朝食付けるなら追加料金を払ってください」の一点張りだった。納得出来ないことを伝えたら、裏の人に確認したのか、渋々朝食券を出してきて、「今回だけですよ」と言い放たれました。まるで私が悪いかのような言い方で、非常に腹が立ちました。ホテルズドットコムさんの、ホテルへのチャット機能は、どこに繋がってますか？ホテルの人に繋がってないのかと、ガッカリしました。嘘をつかれた気分です。ホテルの清潔さですが、最低限の綺麗さです。連泊しましたが、シーツ、タオルなどは変えてくれますが、アメニティは、机の上に雑に置かれました。なので最低限の綺麗さです。ホテル朝食はビュッフェではありませんでした。コロナの影響でしょうか。ビュッフェが取り止めになってる記載が見当たらなかったので、行ってがっかりしました。あと、連泊でしたが朝食メニューはずっと同じでした。最終日に魚が鯖から鮭に変わったぐらいです。ひとまず、このホテルには社員の教育から改善して欲しいです。そして、ホテルズドットコムさんとホテルとの連携が改善されますこと、切に願います。
