Welcome from staff great, assisted with bags, early check in allowed. Good A/C, in room fridges, great view, safe which was handy. Excellt breakfast lots of choices and fresh. Rooftop bar is the best in town, amazing views snd giid vibes.

Great hotel in Providencia Area, which is clean and safe. Huge room with comfortable bed. Nice little pool area, with amazing views of cerro Sant Cristobal and snow covered Andean mountains. Minor negatives: When we tried the rooftop restaurant, they were out of half the options on the menu, so not great. Also grumpy husband complained about lukewarm tea water in the breakfast buffet! All in all would definitely come back.

Hotel is central and clean. Room was good and spacious. The rooftop restaurant has mostly been good. However, the DJ playing loud music from 6pm is not a great idea when trying to have a meal or have conversations . Maybe do it during the day and leave the evening to be more relaxing and chilled. I ordered the Ossobuco and risotto one evening and got a large bulgar lump of tough meat, gristle and fat. Apologies were made by the staff and I ordered something else instead. Another evening I went there and nobody had taken my order after 20 minutes. Not even for drinks. No consistency upstairs. A different experience with some of the front desk staff this time compared to the last time. I had laundry sent out for cleaning. Had already added up the total which was CHL$58,000 and I had written it on the laundry docket. When I went to the front desk to collect it the staff were trying to charge me CHL$79,000 and tried to tell me that it was the US$ exchange rate. I’m not from the US. So this didn’t even make sense in any way at all. Overall the hotel is comfortable and central. The breakfast is decent and the majority of staff are welcoming and friendly. However, the experience over the laundry was odd and left a bad taste in my mouth. Not being able to have the option of a quiet meal in the evening after a long day isn’t appealing either and for this reason it would prevent me from using this hotel in future.

Pleasant staff member during check. Very friendly and helpful. The same for the staff on the roof terrace. A few things about the room though. The safe wasn’t working but a member of maintenance replaced promptly. The air conditoning is good but it’s a bit loud for at night time when trying to sleep. I’m retuning on Tuesday, 03 February for four nights and I’d prefer a room higher up if that’s possible please.
