Lage ist perfekt, genau zwischen Bahnhof und Fußgängerzone, aber eben außerhalb dieser ; sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück und schöne Zimmer mit guten Matratzen ; Zimmer ist zwar schon mit einigen Macken / Kratzern gewesen, aber das ist auch normaler Gebrauch und stört gar nicht !

There was a smell of mould in the corridor on the ground floor around the reception area. However, the rooms we freshly redecorated and new furniture were installed. The bed was comfortable and soft.

Das Hotel war recht leicht zu finden und liegt in einer Einkaufsstraße. Der PKW Parkplatz liegt hinter dem Gebäude und es muss sich ein Zugangscode für das Parkdeck am Empfang geholt werden (7,50€/Nacht). Von Außen sieht das Hotel ganz nett aus, leider ist die Stufe vor dem Eingang voll mit Vogelkot. Der Empfang ist sehr nett eingerichtet und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Flure und der Aufzug sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Das Zimmer war ganz nett eingerichtet, leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage was im Sommer zu einem warmen Zimmer führt. Bis auf ein paar Papierschnipsel unter dem Bett und etwas Staub auf dem Boden war das Zimmer sauber und gepflegt. Im Bad war die Decke nicht richtig gemalt und es hing ein Spotlicht aus der Decke. Leider ist es Nachts durch die Straße und die Autoposer etwas lauter. Das Frühstück war nett angerichtet, ausreichend in der Auswahl und wir empfanden es als lecker. Wenn man nur günstig übernachten möchte, ist dies Hotel völlig ausreichend.

Room had a stinging wasp nest outside which caused dozens of flying insects to enter the room in the early morning. The light near bed was full of dead wasps. They were large snd aggressive. It was really terrifying. We kept windows after first two nights but rooms was very stuffy snd uncomfortable. After first night I notified the hotel front desk and they later told me they had no sign of any insects. We complained, showed photos and they did not show any concern. I was told that the city government did not allow the hotel to exterminate the wasp nest . We were stuck for six nights. No other hotels available, no room change snd no card from hotel manager. We paid in advance. We finally just kept the windows closed tight but with no ventilation it was terribly uncomfortable but better than having dozens of stinging wasps frenzied in the room. Please save future guests this nightmare.
