Coming back.

I was in Petoskey to play in an orchestra over the weekend, so my husband and I decided to have a getaway. We chose Odawa from hotels.com because the website looked good, and it was about the cheapest hotel in town. But not cheap. Beautiful swimming pool and hot tub, comfortable beds, good breakfast (not hot, but a good variety of things to eat). We would stay there again next time.

I cannot give enough accolades to the staff at this very nice hotel. The front desk staff have all been respectful and pleasant. I've interacted with the housekeeping and they also were very helpful. The man attending the breakfast buffet, great also.

Beds comfortable and rooms clean. But no housecleaning until after you check out. Also have to request more towels and shampoo/ conditioner from front desk after first night stay. Shuttle to casino was somewhat of a hassle. Continental breakfast mediocre

Don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Unsafe.

First of all the we were unable to take a bath as the tub stopper wouldn't close all the way. The soap dish was broken and there was no place to put the soap. No towel rack to put the washclothes and towels after use. No stands to put the suitcases on so we had to put them on the bed when we needed to get more clothes out of the cases. The refrigerator was turned up full blast and never got cold enough to keep food safe and water COLD. Kept going on and off all night long. I've seen better complimentary breakfasts at cheaper hotels. You can hear toilets flushing above and next to you. One handicap rail in tub would have been nice. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

A reasonable plase to stay it would be nice if there was a restaurant on the hotel property. The continental breakfast is a bit scimpy. Also the courtyard by the pool could use somd outdoor furniture to encourage sitting outside comfortably

Room a bit worn looking..carpet, paint, curtains, furniture, tub caulking....... Clean but sure could be updated. Comfy beds, linens and pillows. Breakfast only consisted of muffins, toast, bagels , fruit, juices. Cold hard boiled eggs. Bit disappointed.

Beautiful hotel, love the shuttle to the casino. However, the breakfast is abysmal. I wouldn't even offer breakfast cereal and bread for the cost? I was expecting a waffle maker or even eggs? The hottub was nice however, not the cleanest.
