Turned up having booked shortly before to be told it was impossible I made a booking for that night. When I showed the reservation, they then realised it was POSSIBLE! Maybe, they should have asked to see the reservation first before telling me I was wrong (when I clearly wasn't).
Anyway, they were sold out... So, took my money, told me I was wrong (when I wasn't), failed to apologise at all (for the lack of room or for telling me I didn't make a reservation), couldn't provide a room, and I had to request a refund. Absolutely pathetic.
